This last interaction with Scott "the owner" was hostile. I called because I received a repair bill on repairs I DID NOT request. The last time they did repairs (that I had requested) they patched my grey awning with black patches. I ask Scott to please make sure that any repairs they do to my grey awning they use grey material because the last time they used black patches. That was not received well. Scott informed me he was no longer going to store my awning and he was returning it to my porch and leaving it. They showed up and left it that day. BEWARE!!!

I have seen awnings made by another company, and they sag on the side, and just don't have the good, tight fit that Nicewonger's do. Their service is excellent, and they come within a couple weeks after your request, to hang them. Other companies sometimes make you wait six weeks to put them up. Nicewonger gives top priority to the customers who have had their awnings made by them. He came to the house a few times to speak to me and show me the book of fabrics. Mike was just great. He understood what I needed and that the awning needed to be adjusted for my very tall husband. When the crew came today to do the work, I was pleasantly surprised with their professionalism! They spoke kindly and worked tidy. I wasn't uncomfortable being home with only my kids while strange men installed my awning. I immediately called Derek,send him pictures and even though they are crazy busy he sent James and John out at end of day to at least get the awning retracted and then took it down and laid it on the deck.
