I have come here for all types of problems and I always get the help I need. Every employee I encounter actually listen to me. They make sure to explain everything in great detail and I never leave confused about any treatment to recover. They have the best care I've ever experienced. Even after so long the place still looks brand new. The rooms are so clean and so cozy and private. Even the waiting area is very nice.

I was short of breath from the coughing and had constant nasal drip. The PA said it was an acute upper respiratory infection. I asked for something stronger than over the counter cough medication and she prescribed the pearl drops which I told her do not seem to work for me. She said then I could just continue with the over the counter cough medications that I am taking. I did go ahead and take the prescription for the pearl drops. i asked if there was something else that she could give me and she said it would have to run its course. My husband was there with me because he has been sick with the same symptom. When she saw him she gave him an antibiotic and the pearl drops for his cough. I am not at all happy that I was not given an antibiotic as well. Hopefully he will be well soon but I am afraid I will be fighting g this for a while longer! I will not go back to this place! I wasted two hours of my time and the money for my office visit!

Despite being a busy Friday night, every provider from start to finish was polite and genuinely concerned about her health as she had previously been misdiagnosed elsewhere. She was treated by RNP Russ Dufresne, who is an asset to both this center and the medical profession as a whole. I'm a first responder and I've never witnessed such thorough treatment in action. If we didn't reside over two hours away, I'd want him as our PCP. Thanks to him, my daughter is finally recovering.

We called ahead and asked if they had X-rays and they told us yes. We got there at 6:20 and I was discharge at 7:55 with a diagnosis, a boot, a follow up appt, and I had a confirmed fractured foot from the x-rays they took. Every person from registration to x-ray to discharge and everyone else in between was pleasant. They seemed to genuinely care. At one pointy adrenaline finally left my body and I broke down crying. Someone came in, took bandage off and said I should have a x-ray. No one even cleaned the wound. X-ray tech was the only person there who was very good and managed to get my foot into position for the x-ray due to my having a knee replacement that hinders my movement. Sat in examining room forever. Was amazed at how unsanitary the room was. Had to agree with the person that wrote that previously. Actually mentioned it to my daughter when I finally got home that the room needed a good cleaning and perhaps a paint job. Gerney had a piece of rubber hanging off of it. Two chairs in room were position next to the dirty wastebasket. Could see gloves and other trash in it so I moved to the gerney to avoid contamination. They did order an antibiotic, thank goodness, because I feared more germs from the room. After x-ray, person came in and put a bandaid on it. Now it is bleeding again through the bandaid. Will not ever go back there.

The tale of two very different experiences…read more First experience: I bring my son in on a Sunday afternoon after suffering a nasty bike injury which required 14 stitches to his leg. The receptionist was caring and receptive, the nurse was amazing and the doctor was fantastic. If you asked me my review after this experience, I would give them 10 stars...it was a wonderful experience after a very scary event. Second experience: I bring my son in at 9am to have his stitches removed. The receptionist was rude and abrasive. First question: "Do you have an appt.?" No, I was told to return after one week for a check of my son's stitches...her response, "Who was the doctor?" Ummmm, I don't know..."Here, full this out." Mind you her tone of destain isn't present in my written post. My son and I wait for THREE - yes THREE hours while person after person came in for an appt. before being told that there is only one doctor on staff today. WTF!?! You mean you didn't know this when I checked in!!! We finally get to go in back and the nurse was very nice and caring. Then the doctor walked-in...clearly annoyed. Questioned why were there and why we wrapped the wound, why we used bacitracin, why we thought the stitches would be taken out. The answer to each of these questions was: because the doctor told us to. I will spare you any further details but needless to say the stitches didn't come out (not my concern or problem at all). Clearly, we will be following up with his primary! We were treated like an imposition from the moment we walked in...the level of customer service was appalling!!!

He took it as directed and the toes got worse. We went back today. We were there for 3 hours. The women taking our information was very kind. She was shocked that we only waited for 3 hours, it's usually 5 hours since they cut down to one provider. The doctor looked at his two toes and said he needed to see a podiatrist immediately. She gave him 2 types of antibiotics and an anti fungal and that he needed to start them immediately. My son starting panicking because of how serious it was. She was sending the scipt to the CVS pharmacy at Target. I explained to her that they were already closed, to please send it to the CVS on Warren Ave in East Providence because they are open 24 hours. I went to pick up the scripts for him since it was already 9p, I waited that long because CVS never informed him that the scripts were ready. When I picked them up, there were only 2 scripts, of course the most important one had not been sent in. So now I have to waste more time getting this straightened out. Never again, complete waste of our time.
