They "fixed" our sprinkler system, but it was not fixed so 3 days later,…read morethey put in the right piece and charged us again, saying that the first time was not under warranty! In other words, they don't guarantee their work. I didn't know they were charging me twice until they sent their bill. The workers NEVER had enough time to finish but had to get to their next job. They had to return several times just to finish. AND, because they had to leave before testing it, there are several sprinkler heads that don't work. They charge A LOT of money - twice in our case- and we still don't have a working sprinkler system. We are calling anyone but them to get it fixed, which is more money! Hopefully I can save you the headache of hiring this unethical company.

Our city council sent out notice that we had to reduce water usage. I tried to change mine on the controller and jacked it all up. I called the people who laid the sod and got a message to call back on Monday. Called the landscaper and got the same message (plus it was a holiday weekend). To add to the craziness we were leaving town the next day. Googled sprinkler repair and got a dozen names. All giving me the same message to call back on Monday. Half way through the list I get Matt. He answers and tells me he can't come out but will talk me through it. On the first phase I screw up and get it wrong. He is patient and talks me through it again. We get disconnected halfway through, but I think I got it. Two hours later Matt calls me back. He's out camping and was in a dead spot but is good to go. I tell him what I did , and he still has to make corrections for me. The next day I check and the sprinkler is operating as expected. Can't say enough about Matt he is a man of character and will be my sprinkler guy for life.

As a Realtor I would highly recomend Matt's Sprinkler Systems to repair the issues with your sprinkler system. He also works on decks which makes him a great guy to have on your team. Cindy

And then you wait for when they can get you on their schedule. All the while your yard continues to not get properly watered and gets more and more damaged. Same for my drip line and my flowers. I did fill out their survey on "how did we do" and let them know how dissatisfied I am and no one contacted me. I also let them know via email that the $150 fee to come back to repair issues from an appointment they were already there for seems like a scam. Their only response was it is their "policy." Their customer service is as bad as the "service" they provide. I will be for sure looking for a different company for next year.

I had to get a friend to come down to help me and she knew more about how to fix it than this guy (and she also helped fix another one of his installations). If I could use swear words in this post to describe the situation and my feelings about Kevin, I would.
