Discipline is handled well, if our kids ever, well, acted like young children and had some hands not to self issues, etc, they told us about it in a respectful and helpful way. Whenever we have provided some feedback the director listened and made the adjustments .I have seen the operation not only at drop off and pickup but mid day at times too when bringing something I may have forgotten, always heard the staff interacting fine with the children- i highly recommend it.
