I usually come for a colonic but this time I wanted to try the lymphatic drainage and OMG! It's so great! Tiffany is amazing as always and she's the sweetest she assisted me with the lymphatic and explained the benefits of it step by step. I suffer with IBS so I have an irregular bowel. I found interest in Tiff while I was pregnant for colon hydrotherapy but because I was a first timer I was unable to get one. I've been going to see Clay/Life Essentials for over 18months now. He started out helping my daughter, a brain cancer survivor with her pains and helping her to heal from within through Myofascial release massage therapy. One day while bringing her to her appointment i was struggling to even walk, i suffer from degerative disc disease, suffer through sciatica pain among other things such as migraines and swelling mainly in my legs and as a medical professional just daily shifts working in a doctors office would do me in... but this one particular day i could barely walk let alone sit to find relief and when my daughters session was through he invited me to hop up on the table to see if he could bring me some relief, i did get on the table and yes i was in extreme pain that not even Norco, Tylenol w/Codeine or Percocet could help relieve. After only 15 minutes I could feel something inside releasing its a feeling thats hard to explain, but none the less something was happening. He told me i should feel pain relief by the next day at the very latest, and would you believe i could fully move and walk without pain that next morning, usually when an episode hits im out of commission for at least a week so this got me excited. I made my appointment and committed to weekly sessions with Clay with the hopes of tossing all mediations in the trash asap. Within 3 months of committed weekly myofascial treatments i was no longer taking pain oe migraine medication, we then incorporated Lyphatic Drainage massages to our sessions... these massages require you to be minimally dressed, but Clay is an ABSOLUTE professional who makes you feel completely comfortable, you remain covered and calm throughout the session, adding these Lyphatic Drainage massages made a huge difference, I've always looked and felt swollen even though i was on water pills(which caused constant constipation and truly did not help much for the swelling in my legs), the Lyphatic massages not only relieved my leg swelling but also helped with my batwings/flabby arms, in less then 2 months i had lost 3inches off my arms and the swelling was kept at bay and i was no longer taking any medication except for my thyroid pill. So i will forever be grateful to Clay and his various massage services for showing me i could live a healthy happy life without the assistance of narcotics and mediation. I truly feel like a whole new person and recommend his business/services, i can not stop raving about what he has done for not only myself, but for my daughter and her late effects left behind from having brain cancer.
