Definitely will always return to this center even though I've moved farther away. Clean changing facilities with a private room and locker for valuables. Never too busy, in and out in 25 minutes but actual procedure took about 7 minutes!

I called the same day the order was sent and they already had it in the system. Great! I was told x-rays are not scheduled and are done on a walk in basis. Anyone with small children knows that this is not ideal because it is difficult to wait with your child for long periods of time in a waiting room not set up for them. I looked online before we went so I knew there would be no kids area or reading materials. We decided to go mid morning when I figured it would be less busy. There was only one person in the waiting room when we got there and we were told by the receptionist that we would be up next for xray and that it wouldn't be too long because the last client before us just finished up. Great! We then sat down and waited. And waited and waited and waited. Over 40 minutes we sat in the room and waited. I was just about to go back up to see when we could expect to be called when someone finally came out for us. We were lead back to a room with two techs and they began trying to position my kiddo for the imaging to be done. One of the techs either doesn't like children or doesn't work with them often because she had a horrible bedside manner. She sounded irritated the whole time and was huffing and puffing when my son didn't understand the instructions she was giving him. It's not like we were taking a long time to figure this out, either. This was in the first 1-2 minutes we were in the room and she was already acting like we were just a huge inconvinence. He's freaking three, he's not going to respond to verbal instructions the same way an adult does. Overall, I left feeling pretty poorly about our interactions and experience. If you work at a business that serves children as part of their demographic, you should be expected to be cordial when working with them. In the future we will go elsewhere, even if it means we have to travel further.

I was surprised to hear a…read morePhysical Therapist could treat this disorder so I accompanied her to find out how a PT would treat it. I was immediately impressed by Gerrit and his approach. He took plenty of time to listen to my daughter as she gave her history. It was immediately clear that he is an expert on the subject. He took measurements to assess her current status. He stressed that he favors a holistic approach to treatment. And he started treatment by teaching her a few exercises that she could do to help relax her joints. He was very kind and patient during that process. He was also very perceptive and reflected an understanding of her condition that was beyond the short conversation we had. He left my daughter with written instructions, diagrams, and even videos of how to perform the simple exercises he recommended starting with. We will return in a week to check progress and get additional coaching from Gerrit. I'm greatly optimistic that Gerrit will be able to improve my daughter's condition and looking forward to seeing what develops over the next ten weeks of treatment. The office staff were very kind and helpful and the office is clean, bright, and well equipped. The location is easy to get to and has plenty of parking. It is so difficult to find experienced providers that treat TMJ disorder so we are both extremely grateful to Gerrit for providing the knowledgeable and empathetic care that he gives. I highly recommend Gerrit to anyone suffering from the pain and disruption that results from TMJ disorder.

They take your temp, ask if you've had covid symptoms, why you're there, and if it's all good, they send you on your way. The lab has a small waiting area where most of the seats are blocked off. Luckily the doors open up to the hallway, so you can queue while being socially distant. Staff was all quick and professional, I was in and out within 30 minutes.

The appointment would've taken maybe 15 minutes at most. I had to reschedule for an in-person appointment with an assistant because my doctor isn't available for another month. This is on top of my doctor taking weeks to get back to me about some lab work I sent in that I had done recently from a different doctor. They say they will follow up on MyChart within 3 business days. I had to message them and call over multiple days before my doctor responded. Last but not least, I hate having to deal with the front desk person (always after a very long hold). He's hard to understand and it's not an accent thing, it's like he just DGAF, is miserable at his job, and makes 0 effort to enunciate any word. If they at least had a warm and kind human to talk to, maybe I could put up with the other bullshit, but this place is a jackpot of horrors. I'm switching to a different PCP elsewhere.
