Parking in front of the building is largely reserved for other tenants, but there are a few spots you might be able to grab. Otherwise, there's a one dollar per hour parking garage next door and a few blocks away. The lobby is beautiful and has a couch and chairs. The kitchen has an automated coffee machine (paid), dishes/wares, and a refrigerator you can use. The offices are a mix between exterior ones with views, and interior ones with stark white walls and no decorations; soul-crushing, if you ask me. My co-working office had three plain table-desks, chairs, and a 2-drawer file cabinet. The nearest power outlet is four feet from the desk, which wasn't convenient. This co-working office can accommodate three workers, but I was the only one in it during my visit. The door locks, but since others share it, you have to take all your stuff with you when you go for lunch or a walk. The Wi-Fi code they assigned me didn't work, so I had to go back to the front desk and get a new one. I got 113/105 Mbps up/down via fiber, which was great. The overall vibe is corporate, as opposed to the "hip" co-working spaces like Industrious.

It's been extremely beneficial for me and most importantly my business, which has grown since joining. I'm able to organize my thoughts better and prioritize my time without distractions.

U.S. Bancorp Tower is most often referred to fondly as "Big Pink" by Portlanders because of the…read morerosy hue of the windows that wrap the entire building. It's quite a sight to see when driving into downtown from the east side of town. It fairly sparkles and shimmers, and warms up the surroundings with the pink color. If I remember correctly, it was constructed in the late 1960s/early 1970s. That was when Portland started being a big city to me. It was at about the same time that the Portland Trailblazers came into being. You know, big city = big buildings and major league basketball team. It was quite a time with two of the tallest buildings (Big Pink is the second-tallest building in Portland)and I believe the Wells Fargo Tower is the tallest in the state. Of course, Big Pink is home for their various offices in the building and many other businesses make their homes there. One of the most awesome is the Portland City Grill with a killer view of the city from the building's 30 th floor. There is underground parking available in the building, and several TriMet bus lines serve the immediate area. Our light-rail line (MAX) train passes right by westbound and eastbound and very conveniently so for all the employees who work in Big Pink. This building is a Portland icon. You can't miss it.

The layout is wide-open and kept very clean. The kitchen has fancy coffee, ample dishware, and space to store food brought from home. For coworking, there are tables and seating areas scattered throughout that are open to anyone, desks that are reserved for monthly members, and conference/private rooms along the perimeter available to reserve. Even though both times I visited were quieter than a normal day (e.g. the day before Thanksgiving), I found the atmosphere to be very welcoming. It was also an easy transition to come in as a guest. I arrived and was able to check in within moments and start working. The dedicated staffer Michelle was friendly as well. She showed me around and was readily available for anything that was needed by me or other coworking space members.

A couple months after moving in the entire office staff either quit or got fired and we had no…read moreoffice staff for a few weeks while the property management were hiring new staff so I think alot of the bad reviews were due to unfortunate circumstances happening at the most inopportune time. The previous staff were very indifferent and the least friendly women I've probably ever dealt with in a leasing office but whatever I didn't mind that too much. The new staff is very friendly and always smile and say hi which is refreshing! There was a roach infestation in several units during the staff turnover. They never got to my unit but my neighbor had some in hers. I feel like once the new staff were in, the problem was handled promptly and fumigators came but I know a lot of the people who lived in the units closer to "ground zero" were extremely unhappy and several broke leases. Which is understandable imo. I was really scared to move here because of the reviewer saying their neighbor smoked inside and the smell seeped through but my thinking was "what are the odds I'll have a smoking neighbor" so we moved in anyway and everything was fine for the first few months but then we had a new neighbor move in who started smoking in his unit and the smell instantly seeped into my unit it was horrible:( I emailed the office about it and they've talked to my neighbor twice now so hopefully they'll stop/get evicted soon. The smoking neighbor(who also just so happens to be very loud as well as smelly) is by far the worst thing about living here, but I know that's not the complex's fault. Other than that, the area the complex is in is nice and quiet and I feel moderately safe walking my dog at night.
