It has a welcoming, large lobby, and it's well decorated throughout. There are quite a few options for working: Flexible seating so you can sit in any of the shared spaces, a fixed desk (sit/stand adjustable desk with some dividers), or a small to large office locked office space. There are ample phone booths and bookable conference conference rooms. Each member gets access to a high quality color laser printer and the break rooms are stocked with excellent Coffee and Tea. The only challenge is guiding your guests to find the elevator to Lifetime Work. It's at the corner of the parking lot adjacent to SW Barnes & SW Cedar Hills Blvd. Take the elevator to 4th floor to the Lobby.

It's very quiet, and the vibe is great for staying focused and productive. There's direct access to the gym too, which is a huge plus. The staff is always welcoming, and there's an open kitchen where you can help yourself to coffee and water. They do an amazing job keeping this place clean and inviting. The location is great for a co-working space. The only downside is the reception -- the cell signal can be pretty low, so sometimes it's hard to be on the phone. But using Wi-Fi calling has helped me a lot, so that's a good tip if you're planning to work here. Overall, I love coming here to get work done and would definitely recommend it!

With that said, small business owners be Forewarned!!! Corporate REGUS and their Financial Department is NOT so easy or graceful to work with! After a billing discrepancy on their part nearly 2k was debited out of my business account. REGUS was supposed to have billed me only $344. The large discrepancy halted ALL of my confidence in their business dealings. I was promised time and again that this issue would be resolved quickly. Well, promises and apologies don't add up if they're not backed by Action! As a small business owner, month to month liquid cash is very fluid, you need these monies to invest in other projects moving forward or even to pay for basic overhead bills. REGUS took it all. And I got stuck with nowhere to go. I lost precious and valuable work time for my own business projects as it took weeks and weeks, hours and hours, month after month of documents, emails, conversations, phone calls, letters, copies of proof, more copies of documents, more emails, more checking to see if there's a resolution and always coming up empty handed... Well, you get the point. So, instead of finishing my work and starting in on new creative projects I ONLY had time to deal with this HUGE issue! Not to mention the anxiety of continuing to get bills from them and continuing to wonder if I'd ever see this 2k again. I had to file a fraudulent claim with my own personal business bank and deal with them separately on more of my own time to get my money back. The fraudulent debit by REGUS was made in February 2016 and it took until August 2016 to finally get a resolution! That's half a year! Which ended up as me still having to pay for the rental of an office that I only did work on their behalf of this terrible financial mistake in. Thanks, but no thanks REGUS. Big thumbs down from this small business for productivity, efficiency and providing a comfortable, calm working environment. FFN, LLC L A Foster

The downtown location is convenient and has a lot of parking and food options. It is a secure building with strong and fast wifi, plenty of space, and quiet booths for meetings. The cons: It really is quite dirty with a lot of necessities missing. There is rarely soap in the bathroom and toilet paper and paper towels are never in their dispensers... just sat out. There are multiple printers but they're all out of paper. While there are a lot of spaces for working, most do not have outlets. While the drop-in price for CoW isn't bad, it would be nice to see this office cleaned and re-stocked a little more frequently.

Like many, I have been working from home since the start of the pandemic, and with my move to…read moreOregon, the plan was to continue in this vein. My new house is incredibly rural, and upon realizing how laughable satellite internet is, necessity called for a more reliable form. Co.W is about 45 minutes away, but the most cost effective coworking space option, so they easily won. They offer a variety of membership options from offices and dedicated desks, to flex seats where you just settle in any available space. All plans offer some conference room access, use of the printer, and even free beverages and snacks. It's easy to sign up online and you enter via the two available doors using your cell phone, so I'd actually used the space for a good few weeks before I ever met the owner. I did have some questions I sent via email, and he always responded promptly. The interior of Co.W is gorgeous. I don't know what the space used to be, but it's an incredible old building with exposed brick, gorgeous hardwood floor, and even a fireplace! My favorite spot was along a little alcove with a big window and skylight. There is plenty of room with both an upstairs and downstairs space. They have tables where you can stand, or more traditional desks, and the chairs were all quite comfortable. I really enjoyed the culture of Co.W and everyone I met here was so nice and friendly. Working there, I felt like a very cool urban gal with the convenient downtown and just off the highway location. The whole area is very walkable and I enjoyed many lunch breaks wandering the streets and checking out adorable shops or picking up goodies from excellent eateries and bakeries (Hello Little Cannoli!). My reason for discontinuing use of Co.W was through no fault of theirs. After working there for about two months, (a maximum of maybe eight days a month), the city notified me that I would be required to purchase a parking pass. Not only that, but the parking pass only allows parking on the roof of the parking garage. Figuring in the cost of the pass with the price of membership, my cheapest coworking option was suddenly much pricier. Adding in gas, wear and tear on my vehicle and so forth, I eventually moved to Alt in McMinnville. Now, if I lived in Salem, Co.W would have absolutely remained my co-working space of choice. I might have found an alternative means of parking, though!

Lots of electrical outlets that are intelligently placed on top of the tables, and the wifi was reliable. Kitchen was stocked with the usual coworking amenities. That is, water, coffee, basic tea, and some basic snacks. The day I was there, it was Kind bars and bananas. There are more snacks and drinks in a vending machine in the kitchen and for sale at the reception desk, including gigantic bars of chocolate(!) which are produced by one of the occupants. There's a frig to store things. Some minor issues to note: Tea service is very basic. I only saw one "telephone booth", though it doesn't seem too bad if you have a conversation out in the open area. The space was rather chilly and I had to put on my jacket and scarf. I recommend bringing layers. Lastly, the chairs in the general areas were not adjustable and didn't provide good lumbar support. An example of beauty over function here. I wish the interior designer/manager opted for more ergonomic chairs, as occupants are often there all day long. Overall, this space was great! Bathrooms: Clean and functional, and lovely.

Home to office spaces, a brewery (Upright), the Leftbank Cafe, a shared office space (the Hive) and a communal area, the winding, maze-like structure is home to a colony of progressive workers, projects, and all sorts of stuff. I've been in here quite a few times to meet with folks, I've stopped in to the cafe, and I threw an event in the communal space, and I love the brewery downstairs. While parking can be a bit of an issue when an event is taking place, it's got a great central location and, at least for me, the historic and design-forward remodel aspects are close to my heart.
