Eveline the physiotherapist has helped me recover quickly from a foot fracture injury and also sciatica. I am also seeing Dr. Kitty Tam for chiropractic care and Jessie for massage therapy. They are all super friendly, knowledgeable, caring and incredibly patient when explaining things to me. Mel, Evita and the front desk team are very welcoming and always so helpful with my appointment bookings and everything. I always feel great after session. The clinic is located in a shopping plaza with lots of free parking available. There are also a T&T , Shoppers Drug Mart, Shoppers Wellwise and Tim Hortons, which is super convenient if you need to grab something before heading back home.

She actively listens to your issues and prescribes the best treatment to target them by employing a mixture of hands-on treatment, exercise assignments, and even acupuncture. I also recently started seeing their new RMT, Mateo, and he's a perfect addition to anyone's wellness journey. I've had massages before, even massages at doctor's clinics, and yet none of them felt as clinical and effective as Mateo's. You're not just lying on a table and falling asleep for an hour. Mateo asks you about your problems, actively treats them, and (much like the physio sessions) assigns you homework exercises to keep the problems away. My back will be eternally grateful to his work. I've been coming here for years primarily for massage therapy. David is an amazing RMT. He has experience with acupuncture too, which means he's familiar with pressure points and always gets the right spots. I had issues related to plantar fasciitis and was treated by Mehran and his staff. To be honest, I didn't think that physio would help, which was why I didn't book an appointment earlier. But after the first appointment with shockwave therapy, I felt a lot better. After a few sessions, I feel like I've learned enough to manage. Not only do you get the direct physical therapy, but they teach you about the stretches and management that you need to do. The staff are very friendly.

I couldn't even bend down properly, or even cross my legs without helping it out with my arms. Andy massaged the affected area with precision and skill. After an hour it seriously was relieved- not 100% but amazing results after. I didn't know you could do so much in one session. You're not going to get a dim light, massage oil etc here. It is a sports massage place. I didn't realize what it was when I booked but I love the concept and I wish more of them exist- as I know that they do in other countries. Jen is patient, an excellent listener, intuitive, professional, and compassionate. The service provided by Marcela deOliveira is outstanding, professional & friendly at the same time. I even have scheduled my next appointments for the upcoming two months ahead. What I can not say the same about receptionist of this clinic who works in weekends. I'm sorry but I don't know his name, since he is not wearing any ID card but every time i visited this clinic receptionist aways seating grumpy on his duties, keeping customers on the waiting call for an unknown period of time. I understad that place can get busy, but he simply doesn't know how to handle it. I understand customers get questions but he simply doesn't know how to assist us in a professional, cooperative & patient manners. Receptionist is the occupation that requires unique multitasking skills and to make customers feel welcomed but that guy who is assigned for the reception duties mostly looking grumpy, always unshaved & has "no friendship" with haircomb, not smiling & doesn't even know how to talk to customers in a professional manner. Literally, he is unfit for the front desk duties.

Interestingly, their approach was different, scientific, with results-based assessments and treatments that are clearly revealed to you as a patient. First visits focus on evaluation and baseline measurements of mobility, injury, range of motion, and assorted things that have meaning to therapists, not patients! The team there is superb; I have been treated by massage therapist ( Juliette- excellent); kinesiologist ( John- very professional and knowledgeable); Gareth ( PT- very good) and Maureen. They are a team at the forefront of the clinical practise, and it shows. I recommend them unreservedly.
