They provide the level of communication you desire - if you want to get updates daily or every few hours, they will accomodate. We also had a direct contact who would share when a new caretaker was joining the team or if there was someone who had a conflict and someone new was filling in. I didn't have to worry that my father had safe coverage and that he was receiving a high quality of care. They also worked well with my father's memory care facility and with the hospice nurses. There are a lot of moving parts sometimes that can make communication and coordination complex, but Adams is very proactive and accomodating.

I was a little surprised to feel how bumpy and shaky being in the back actually was. We arrived at Boston Medical Center fairly quick since it was four o'clock in the morning.
