Bernoulli at reception was loud, almost obnoxious and he is just not the right fit for someone in that position. He was trying to get information from a man (who I overhead has cancer). His manner of questioning this older man about the man's Doctor's address was pathetic and sad. Martha is nice, can be curt (past experiences). She always has a really sour look on her face. They don't want to be there. Guess what? The clients who come in to have labwork done don't want to be there either. A lot are going through some pretty serious health stuff, and they are terrified / scared. They should be treated with some level of dignity and compassion, and basic human respect. ALL the clients who go there should be treated with respect. If the staff are stressed because they are so busy, perhaps this giant company should be hiring more people (?) to staff the lab. I notice the labs are often closed for training. At this location, MUCH MORE training is required regarding human interaction.

Three days after he started coughing lightly at first, then in fts that left him exhausted, and back in bed for several hours. He did not seem to be getting better, and I was concerned he had pneumonia. Unfortunately, his GP was unavailable for three days, I believed he required a prompt medical evaluation. The clinic was excellent; they were able to take him within 3 hours of my call. Although we do not possess a wheelchair, the clinic was able to provide one. My husband was unable to walk the short distance, a half block, from the parking area. The appointment was on time and thorough. They were able to confirm a diagnosis, provide a requisition for follow up and instructions as to what to do. After we had finished a staff member kindly wheeled my husband to the parking area designed for safely transferring a person from a wheelchair into a vehicle. The experience was very positive!

I checked in after one hour later they opened Sunday business hour, I waited about one hour to see a nurse who had pre interview and triage. I came for two different issues but they processed so smoothly. The waiting room was not congested and procedure area was so clean too.

If it weren't for my back being in immense pain and this being the closest walk in clinic in my area and my family doctor being completely booked for the month, I may not have gone based off of the reviews, however I am very glad that I did go. My experience is mine only and I know when people are stressed and distraught that emotions can be quite high and sensitive and I would feel the exact same way if my needs weren't met but given my visit today I was very pleased with the service that I received from both the reception (3 employees I think one was being trained) and Dr. Khangura. The staff that were working today were very kind and clear with me as I was a new patient. They all wore masks and took each patient's temperature. I waited around 20 minutes before the doctor saw me as they were previous appointments ahead of me which didn't bother me as I knew I was going for a walk in versus scheduling an actual appointment. The doctor was very kind and patient with me which I really appreciated because I was in great pain. She took the time to explain things with me and I didn't feel rushed at all during my visit. In all honesty, if I didn't already have a wonderful family doctor I would probably want to get her as mine because of how attentive and calm she was. I think empathy goes along way and having a medical practitioner that cares is often, unfortunately, uncommon and should be really valued. I will also note that while I was waiting to see the doctor another individual had come by to drop off Christmas gifts for the reception staff and the doctor which was quite nice to see. I also overheard a phone call from one of the reception staff and it was very warming to me to hear how personable and friendly he was with her.

My wife was trying for 10 days to get a new perscription. I had to drive there myself after my wife having no blood pressure pills for 2 days to find out what is going on. The guy gave me the perscription. I went to the Pharmacy and turns out this one was old and over 2 months old. So he gave me another one and it was the wrong pill. Got another week of pills for wife to find a reliable walk in clinic. The pharmacy said they heard many stories now about the new management in this clinic. I feel bad I had to leave one star. There should be a Zero star option.

If you have an opportunity to go to another doctor/clinic, I would strongly recommend that you do…read moreso. My family doctor works there and given the fact that it's so difficult to find a GP, I'm stuck with it for now. The doctors that I've seen there have all been competent and attentive; that's not the issue. It's the medical system itself and the clinic's admin. The clinic itself leaves much to be desired. The waiting area can be best described as one you might have seen in Soviet Russia. I've always had difficulty getting through to make appointments on the phone, and when I finally get through, I have GREAT difficulty understanding what some of the receptionists are saying. When asked politely to slow down and speak louder, I've encountered attitude from some staff. Regina's attitude, accent and rapidity of speech is particularly poor; she doesn't listen and takes umbrage at being asked to repeat herself, speak slower, louder, etc. The rest of the staff at least tries. The admin is terrible; they seem disorganized and confused. I have to initiate follow up almost all the time, and they have very often dropped the ball on booking appts with specialists, etc. I've given the clinic 2 stars, rather than the zero I think it deserves, only because after I complained repeatedly about not being able to understand them, and expressed frustration to my doctor about support staff's inefficiency, they seemed to improve somewhat, although Regina's attitude still sucks. I've tried hard to connect with her as a human being to no avail. So I guess we have to complain and demand better service in order to have any improvement at all. So if you can, avoid this clinic.
