This is the worst place of the planet…read more I was keep telling myself not select this location for any appointments but somehow system made a joke .... Every staff there look like I own their money or something. It is just a horrible vibe. Who doesn't have any stress at work ? If you can't handle the job please leave and hope you know there are a lot of people are looking for jobs right now. I am not telling what happening in detail and I feel sorry if any of you had bad experience there. ( I went there for blood test and ofc no point of pissing off any of them lol I only wanted to get poked by once ok lol) the Chinese lady staff around 45-50 menopause for sure Chinese accent English she was like " i don't need you to tell me what to do then get up and walked away saying I can't help you !" Then the younger lady who just spoke Cantonese with a patient came up and helped me out. what I asked for was wanted to have original paper back . I went there for repeat test , I'm sure it already on the system. They have printer right behind the desk. I always printed out by myself just this time and she was angry about it. The rude Chinese lady staff pointed on the paper asking unprofessional questions like " oh you have blood work on the paper but wheres the paper for blood work?" I was thinking in my head you must be drunk? That is the paper for all test Options like 1st- 4th.... Please get ready , be trained and maybe get to know a tiny bit about customer service before you sit behind that desk? and seems like they don't have any supervisor or mangers there because no one was helping me when I wanted to talk to supervisor.... Anyways , it's a hell

He's always available when we need a check-up, and we especially value that he doesn't overprescribe antibiotics or create unnecessary panic. The doctors at this location do not prescribe more than 3 months at a time - as I was advised when I asked two weeks ago why I wasn't given refills for my essential meds for more than 3 months when they were renewed 2 months ago. This has not always been the case. I appreciate now that during COVID all is mostly being done over the phone. Two weeks ago I called in the morning for the renewal for my files so I wouldn't have to cut it close around Christmas/New Years for medicine renewing etc. I was told Dr Chu would call and when he did I asked why I had to call again for a renewal for these meds which haven't changed. The doctor didn't seem to have any of my info and seemed impatient. Dr Chu asked if I've tested my thyroid. It was nice he asked as no one at that clinic ever did - when I asked they only ever vaguely said it was only needed to be tested every 3 years? When I had seen the specialist I was tested every month or so. I had to then ask for the life lab test requisite-he said he would renew the prescriptions and do the requisite for the blood test then hung up. No prescriptions have been renewed and there's no way to know if the requisite was sent until I try to get the blood test. At the beginning of the call I was taken aback at the way the doctor spoke to me when I asked why I was having to call back for renewals while having concerns with Covid making things more difficult. I've since gone elsewhere as my boyfriend goes to a clinic with more sympathetic doctors who don't needlessly require unnecessary calls for unchanged essential medications. This other clinic has already sent renewals for on file and the LifeLab requisition since indeed the last test was Aug 2019.

I've been to so many LifeLabs, I've lost count. But BY FAR, this is the absolute best site, hands…read moredown. Here are the reasons: -efficiency. They are appointment-based only. No walk-ins. So you are assured a spot and a time, with minimal waiting. -large and bright office, and impeccably clean. -FREE WI-FI. (This is a real rarity at other lab sites). -more services are offered here than at many other LifeLab sites. Examples: EKG's, cardiac holder monitors, etc. -Professionalism of staff. A female checked me in (I didn't get her name) and although she was somewhat aloof, she was thorough and organized and I had zero wait time. My tech was Ian and he was phenomenal. I have had to get cardiac monitors and EKG's frequently and he was the most thorough when it came to instructions and, wow, they even provide you with a mesh "vest" over the monitor (I never got that before, and it made a huge difference in comfort level and stability). And even upon returning the following day, the staff here remembered me and the whole "disconnect and drop-off" experience was, dare I say, pleasant. My experiences at this site were unlike any I've had at other LifeLabs, and this will be the only site I go to from here on in, for sure.

Upon entering you lineup with your carecard to check-in and then sit until your name and a corresponding room is announced. Save time by booking your appointment online ahead of time although be sure to let them know if you've arrived early like I did today (appointment was 1:20pm but I was able to be there just before noon). I prefer this location over many of the others in the vicinity.
