Walk-ins are available too; the wait time was about 39 mins (as shown on screen when I was there this morning. There are 3 booths for blood-drawing, with an upright chair that can swivel. You can also request to do it lying down on a bed, and also draw blood with a baby needle. However, the clinic did inform me I can walk in in case I need services. The email response time is exceptionally good and prompt. This is a good sign that in terms of administrative functions, it is quite efficient. In respect of the medical services, I have no idea how they are doing until I visit them next time.
