I live in the Midland panic machine area and I lost my doctor. She retired from practice and she was wonderful. I can't find a new doctor. I have I'm 55 years old. I have a lot of medical issues and I have an daughter be around for for a while. She also needs a doctor for medical attention. She's due for shots and anyway I Went in and as usual, had a different doctor and the attitude of the staff seem like an annoyed to be there annoyed to be having to deal with us. I did not feel that he cared. I drove all the way down from Midland because I needed help. so I went to a walk-in clinic and I know one thing at a time, but I have a lot to deal with and he looked at me and said you have to go to your family doctor to get your prescriptions. I can't fill it. I can't this is walk-in clinic. We don't do that. We don't give refills and we're walk-in clinic again. We don't do referrals yet they already had. The definition of a walk-in clinic I thought it was a place that took people and helped guided them in the right direction when they didn't have a anywhere else to go. I came down for help and I was treated I left in daughter asked me why the doctor didn't like me and was so mean to me. It felt like I was on a grocery scanner with my health card on the way out I understand things are bad, but it was very uncomfortable thing I was in tears and then I had a full-blown panic attack and I had to wait to drive my eight-year-old was there and she saw it and she didn't understand and I couldn't answer for her. I couldn't tell her why he was so angry. Why are you so mean why I was so nothing to him the patient needs his help that needs his guidance and I was just frustrated at the door. I was less than a number and I don't understand it. It was very cruel. It was very awkward. It was very unprofessional. I loved feeling horrible and I know it's in the middle of the night. It's like three in the morning and I can't sleep and I had to leave this review because I just couldn't believe it. I'm so shocked. I'm so sad. I feel so hopeless. I understand that things are bad, but that doctor didn't care and I think it's retirement time for him when you stop caring about the people that you're supposed to be there to help and look at them as if they're nothing and tell them to go away because you can't help them. I just don't get that. What's going on with our healthcare sucks right now and I feel let down and now I gotta find out where to go because my daughter told me you can't go back there mommy that's not right eight years old what's going on? it must be so horrible for the doctors and nurses with medical in this country but and we're going through things too because of it and we need help if I had gone and become a surgeon maybe I would've gotten more respect when I I went to see him it was just horrible and I had to get it out. I had to share it because it was wrong. I went for help and I left feeling so much worse which is affecting my health so much more. I don't understand it wouldn't listen. He insisted that I had a family doctor and I told him three times. I just got felt like nobody I feel like a nuisance and annoyance to him and it wasn't much better at the desk out front. I'll tell you very uncomfortable experience now. I've gotta find somewhere else to go probably a longer distance. Shame on you. Shame on you grow Street walk-in clinic.

I had a disagreement with them over custom orthotics. When I emailed them to let them know I was…read moreunhappy because they did not fit in any of my shoes and ask for their help, the response was "as with any custom product it is final sale and alterations after the fact are not possible". At no point did I say I wanted a refund. I was not properly seen by any professional before these orthotics were made, something I plan to let my insurance company know. I also had to wait approx two months, which they claim was "out of their control". I was offered a $50 refund, but I had to let them know by the end of that day, and I didn't see the email in time because I was working. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (which they are not a member of) and I have an appointment with a podiatrist now to have them evaluated and adjusted if possible. While I have heard very good things about their other services, I would caution anyone about getting their orthotics from here.

SERIOUSLY! A positive thing was the Dr Lee's attention to my needs. The other was the techs. I had an anxiety attack from being in the chair for over an hour. I told the hygienist that I was having pain in my back and around scarred areas. She seemed preoccupied with finishing up and getting me out. She offered no help. I had a planned visit for just xrays and assessment. I was there well over 2 hours and the claim they submitted did not include the extras that were not planned or discussed. The future claim was also short on some items which would have costed me many more dollars. Please do your homework before consenting to treatments. Know what is being done, how much time is involved, what can be done for you if you need a break, what are ALL the expenses. Call Sunlife to review the claim and possible costs and items not included. Be your own advocate. Take someone with you to listen and ask questions. Do NOT just trust them because you've been there before.

I would then have sleep dentistry just to get it done. Now I go and get my teeth cleaning and dental work done regularly without medication or sleep dentistry even though it is offered.
