Like ER would have the capability of doing this job???!! Very professional clean and thorough...my kind of professionalism. You do need some sort of co pay/dental insurance if alot of work needed. $$$$$ Dentistry is very expensive. I will save up for each thing to be done......eventually. But will be glad when its all complete.

I had a disagreement with them over custom orthotics. When I emailed them to let them know I was…read moreunhappy because they did not fit in any of my shoes and ask for their help, the response was "as with any custom product it is final sale and alterations after the fact are not possible". At no point did I say I wanted a refund. I was not properly seen by any professional before these orthotics were made, something I plan to let my insurance company know. I also had to wait approx two months, which they claim was "out of their control". I was offered a $50 refund, but I had to let them know by the end of that day, and I didn't see the email in time because I was working. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (which they are not a member of) and I have an appointment with a podiatrist now to have them evaluated and adjusted if possible. While I have heard very good things about their other services, I would caution anyone about getting their orthotics from here.

I had a hip replacement and I had booked her for my first appointment three days after the surgery. She carefully assessed me and designed a personal program to meet my needs. Sarah listened to what I had for goals and with her knowledge designed my first week of exercises to start me on that path. I had two more appointments with her and each time she re-assessed my progress and was able to personalize the exercises for me to get complete results. I have been to many physiotherapists over the years and Sarah is by far the very best. On my first check-up with my surgeon, he was ecstatic with my progress and wanted to know what I had done in the first four weeks of rehab. He too felt that I had excellent home physiotherapy in order to progress to such a degree so quickly. I will need my other hip replaced and Sarah already knows that she will be my first phone call as soon as I have a date for the surgery. I have already recommended Sarah to three friends who will be having surgery in the next few months. The key to anyone's recovery is to start immediately and with the very best person you can find. Alert - this office has recently gotten involved in a family dispute between my husband and his…read moreex-wife as evidenced by harassin my husband while at work for his credit card number to pay for his children's dental appointments as according to them "it is the law as his birthday comes first". My husband was hesistant to give them our credit card, given his children have been patients of this office for five plus years and they have never asked for this before so each time they called he said I will call you back, as he wanted to look into the matter. On the last time they called, I spoke with the billing secretary and explained to her that it was my understanding that given we don't have the relationship with the office, nor did we sign any contract for care, it was inappropriate to bill our credit card due to his birthday coming first. She actually argued with me and after I brought up the fact that his daughter had reached the cap on orthodontic treatment and there was nothing to send to our plan regardless, she then told me it was office policy to have his number but could not eplain why they haven't needed it for the past five plus years. Furthermore, I calmly explained to her that this billing situation was complicated as the children have THREE plans and my husband;s exwife REFUSES to have the dentist use my plan (which we cannot force her or the office to do) and that I would appreciate that unless there is an issue with my plan or my husband's plan to please not call and harrass us with this "new" office policy as we would not ever be complying. To make matters worse, the next time my step-daughter was in the office, this same administrative person apparently told her and her mother that she is sorry that they have to deal with me because I called the office and screamed at her so loud that her other clients could hear me. Given I was actually at work (in a government office building neverthelss) AND I have witnesses to the conversation that at no time did I scream, but I did speak firmly on how unappreciative we were to the repeated phone calls etc. We then sent a letter to Dr. Ferguson to complain about the lack of professionalism and slander of my name by his staff (over a month ago) and to date this has not been answered in any form. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Burerau and the Ontario Dental Association as recommended by my own dentist office as they have expressed how mortified they would be if this happened at their office. The more you know about what goes on behind closed doors .... these types of offices are in a bind when it comes to dealing with divorced families and extended family drug plan but at the end of the day, they were gettihg paid their money either way and tg get involed in any our our family affairs was completely unfounded and slander of my name and actions will not be tolerated.

We had their PSWs come to her home every day for 12 hours per day. The ladies were great in taking care of my mom's needs and making her feel comfortable. She wasn't always easy for them, I'm sure, but they were very professional and took it all in stride. They were very prompt, never late, and stayed until everything was done. They took care of the cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene where needed, etc. I would highly recommend their service to anyone looking for trusting and very friendly care givers.

The staff were all lovely and pretty fast at getting to each patient. There is a posted wait time on the screen and you can see your name on a list to know where you are on the queue. This plaza has plenty of parking and plenty of spaces for those needing to be closer to the main door -there is ample disability parking spots. The space itself was clean and there are some seats inside and outside the Lifelab office.

I visited this establishment 2 days ago. I have a physical coming up shortly & my doctor wanted…read moreblood tests & a urine sample analyzed. Off I go to Painswick. It opens at 0730. I arrived at 0745 & there were already 5 people ahead of me. The 2 ladies I dealt with were very nice, very professional people. My only complaints are: the bathroom (for the urine sample part of the visit) could have used some deodorizing and there is really no space for people to wait for their turn. There were 5 or 6 seats inside the lab office but some of the clients were using walkers which takes up space. Until a seat becomes available you have to stand up in the hallway. Also, several of the clients in the hallway were on canes. Chairs would have been appreciated I'm sure. As I said, I arrived at 0745. It was 0900 when my turn finally came up. My tip is: if you know beforehand that you will have to do the urine sample thing, DON'T DRINK WATER BEFORE YOU GET THERE!!! You will burst. I guess you could ask for the pee bottle as soon as you get there. Just occurred to me. Duh!!
