I had an appointment this afternoon at Life Labs Ajax .I entered the premises 5 minutes before the appointment.My name was on the Monitor line one.There was a patient ahead of me.Another patient who apperantly had some connection sped past yhe patient into the front desk area and was greeted by a nurse who directed her to a room and her husband to another room.My appointment time was past three minutes when the nurse called out another patients name.I mentioned my appointment was past and why someone else's name was called out.The front desk clerk"ANIL" said I was out of line.I reiterated I had an appointment after fasting for twelve hours.Words ensured rudely unprofessionaly from his end and I was sent into a cubicle.Life labs standards are detiorating by having such clerks manning stations where the sick come for solace . read more
