While I was lying face down on the table, the doctor entered without a greeting or explanation, abruptly cracked my neck on both sides, and walked out without saying a word. Immediately after the procedure, I developed a severe headache on my way home. Ibuprofen helped for the first few days, but soon after, I began experiencing nausea, dizziness, and worsening pain. When I called the clinic to report these symptoms, I was given an appointment only several days later. At the follow-up, Dr. Peter falsely claimed that I had refused an MRI at the beginning, which is not true. When I corrected him, he threatened to call the police if I didn't leave the clinic within three minutes. No referral for MRI or proper treatment (such as steroids) was provided. It felt like they were trying to avoid having any documented evidence of their mistakes. This experience was not only unprofessional but also dangerous. I strongly advise against going to this clinic -- especially allowing anyone to perform neck manipulations without proper imaging. Dr. Peter showed a shocking lack of professionalism, communication, and concern for patient safety.

The only other thing that made me a little uncomfortable was at check in, the receptionist (who was very nice!) asked me all my medical history out loud and typed it up as we talked. Luckily no other patients were in the waiting room or there, so that's probably why he did that, but I hope when other patients are there, they take that information in private or have the patient fill it out themselves in a private area. He'll fit me in therefore I should be able to fit him into my schedule as well. While I didn't have any major complaints or discomfort at the time of my visit, I shared the things "wrong with me" per a chiropractor I met with previously. (Left leg shorter than right, C1 or 2 out of alignment). Dr. Christine (and Two Hands) takes a holistic approach to treatment, which I appreciate. I absolutely loved the soft tissue massage/ manipulation to work with the muscles in concert with the joints. She did some work on my ribs (under the scapula), one or two other areas along the spine, and hips. And my right foot, which I broke a few years back. (I didn't even know it was possible to have more mobility on the outer top/side of the foot!) The whole process was really interesting to me.
