I was pretty much back to my normal routine after only 8 weeks post op with physical therapy. Today I am able to walk without pain and ride my bike long distance. My only complaint is that CORE sent me collagen dressings that, according to thier PA, I did not need, I did not order, and I did not know I would be receiving. The box of bandages just showed up on my doorstep. I cannot return them and my insurance did not pay the full cost of them so now I have to pay ~$400 for them. Otherwise a great experience both times with CORE. Thank you Dr. Kuesis.

He said he doesn't have time today and that he has other patients waiting. I said, "How can I let you finish the physical without explaining my issues to you?" I was so upset, and he would not listen. I got up and walked out. He came in halway to get me back in room. I said no....I will never go back to him or this office. He is so rude and unprofessional.

It is now 1:55 and still no doctor!!! This is not acceptable. Our time is important too. This was a meet and greet as we had just moved to the area. We will never recommend this doctor to anyone. We left and won't be back.

When I spoke to the office manager Wendy about it, she backed up the nurse and didn't seem to mind what kind of poor attitude the staff has. Reading through other reviews made me realize I'm not the only parent that has been talked to this way and dismissed by the office manager. The doctors are good, but they aren't aware of how their nurses and office clerks are to their clients. Like many others, I'm pulling my kid out of Children and Teens Medical Center. To be immediately lectured over the phone with a condescending tone when I asked for a second option to getting my kid treatment was the final straw. Wendy Lembke doesn't care how her staff talks to anyone. It's all about money. Don't bring your kid here.

We went to our appointment on day of, and they said that the alternative appointment that they gave us was also cancelled, not by us and they couldn't tell us who cancelled the appointment. Gave us an appointment 2 months down the road. Kinda defeats the purpose of time sensitive to reschedule 60 days down the road. Bad customer service, so can't comment on quality of care. Their hours stipulate that they are open from 9am to 12pm, but when I called at 9:30am, I had to leave a message with an "agent." The office staff is rude. They then did not forward my request to my pharmacist and I am now out of my prescription. I would highly consider a different practice, as I am sure there are several that could meet your needs as a patient.

Dr. Bahara is fantastic. He takes the time to listen. He truly hears what his patients say, asks logical questions, and bases much of his initial medical plans on what you share. I found it refreshing to find a Doctor who operates this way. Many doctors think they know much more than you do and barely hear what you say. He suspects the initial diagnosis was mistaken - not due to the other doctor's error. Being in Nephrology, you must know a lot about pharmacology. When he looked at the medications I take, he said two could cause a "false positive." He had me stop both, and we're watching to see what happens. More in about a month.
