I came to him with a mess of a back and an ugly Workers' Comp case -Which this team skillfully navigated! Dr. Garonzik is a wonderful person. Just a great all-around caring human being. His skill level is impressive: Over the 3+ years I was with his practice I had more than one doctor comment on how lucky I was that he was my surgeon. I had two physical therapists tell me how impressed they were that he personally returned their phone calls AND at how very much engaged he was in my Physical Therapy. His staff across the board was great to work with. Emails and phone calls were always promptly responded to. Dr. Garonzik should be your first choice for neurosurgery!

The PA came in first and reviewed all of my paperwork and I explained what happened. She was very helpful and pleasant and not rushing me or anything. She finished her exam and then went to talk with the surgeon as he was reviewing my MRI The doctor is very friendly and he explained every detail about my options. Always trying to avoid surgery and I have had a surgery from the doctor and he knows my concerns so he answered all of my questions and I have nothing but great things to say about the doctor, staff etc. if you need a spinal surgeon I highly recommend Dr. Zalatimo. I'm a healthcare professional myself and I can say that he is a great doctor/surgeon. I would never recommend anyone unless I was 100% comfortable with him. Definitely 5/5. I'd give more if I could.
