Fedelis deserves more than 3 stars (an average rating, as other companies my have tried to deny the MRI initially, but not 5 stars, as that is reserved for doing the right thing (approval) from the beginning. Wait times on the phones has been between 1.5 hours to 2.0 hours with Emblem Health, Prime Therapeutics and the prior manager Express Scripts. So far, I have devoted 6 hours of my time to try and get a refill of one of my prescriptions with express scripts. The Express Script website is telling me my plan (Emblem Health) is no longer participating. All representatives from Emblem Health stated that the prescriptions would be sent over automatically to Prime Therapeutics. Still not there on the 4th day of the New Year. I called a few times before the surgery and was told that the care manager was off on Wednesday and then the very next day she was on vacation and still didn't submit the request. Then someone submitted the request and I was denied not even 2 hours later on the day before the surgery. I appealed the next day and I just received a call from a nasty representative that informed me that the request was denied and hung up the phone. As of June 1st I'm taking my plan elsewhere.
