They said I returned the scooter before the month was up, and that was their reason! That is a pure BS reason!!! They charged my charge card for the entire month rental of the equipment, and BCBS would have paid it in full to them, but they didn't want to be bothered. What the heck does it matter if I returned the equipment a week early? They were charging the same either way. BCBS spoke with the same girl that I had to deal with when I went to their office to rent the scooter, and she acted like I was totally bothering her to ask questions about anything! Pure laziness! I guess they thought since they charged my charge card already then why should they bother making the effort to resubmit the claim!!!!!!!!! Total BS! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!

They were patient and helped find everything I needed, and even explained some useful product information. This place is a lot better than the pretend pharmacies!

After contacting my insurance directly, I was told the medication was covered.The pharmacy later clarified that although it was covered, they would lose money dispensing it and therefore refused to fill it, while offering to fill only the lower‑cost medications.I understand small business constraints, but the communication was unclear and inconsistent, and I was left without timely access to a prescribed inhaler. Because of this experience, I transferred all prescriptions elsewhere.
