From the outside this facility looks Great. The amenities are great. What's lacking is the customer service. Don't be fooled by the surroundings. The staff Does not help with concerns and is outright rude. The General Manager said if I was upset about a policy at the club "Maybe I'm not the right type of member For the Club". Trying to contact the corporate office was just as disappointing. So my last resort is this review letting anyone who is about to join know to read The fine print and as questions. Actually the fine print is not their when you join. Policies are emailed out, and you are expected to read them if even received. We have been members since day 1 of Lifetime Mount Laurel's opening. I thought it would be fun to play pickleball and turns out it's an amazing sport that I really enjoy! Problem is there are ZERO pickleball courts, my membership dues were raised for my family almost $40 per month just so I can play, and the glare on the "basketball " makeshift pickleball courts is so bad you can hardly see! One would think this is a major liability if someone gets hurt. Several of us Pickleball players have requested atleast a shade or something! I know I'm not the only member who feels this way and would think for $380 a month we would have proper courts to play on. Additionally the times to play are ridiculous. Most people work and can't play in the early afternoon or 7am! The night sessions are only Wednesday and Friday . The Wednesday sessions are so packed that you end up waiting up to 30 minutes before you can even play! Additionally there is hardly any room to sit so you are practically invading one of the courts. It would be nice to offer more times from 4pm on so more people can participate and actually get a chance to play, especially the many parents who have children and need to use the Kids Academy. Very disappointed in Lifetime, I absolutely LOVE this place, this is the BEST club in South Jersey and I would recommend to everyone. But the Pickleball definitely needs an overhaul. The exercise group classes are very good. My issue has been with aquatics there. The temperature on the pool used for both recreational use and laps is way too hot. I have asked them to turn it down to no avail. It is even heated greater than their corporate policy of 84-86 F. The coach puts out signs , usually 2-3 by 4:30 pm to reserve lanes in the competition, cooler pool. Only about 2 kids show up at 4:30. It was suggested to run the practices a little later, when more kids could attend. The coach has also been seen asking adults to leave lanes in the middle of their workout while swimming at 4:30 when there's only about 2 kids there. Most people start their workout by 3:30, and are finishing up. She has been seen putting a kick board in the pool to extract an older gentleman from the pool. Having been Marketing Chairperson for Delaware Valley USMS for many years, I find their policies reprehensible. If you are a regular swimmer and come during peak hours after 4:30 pm, look elsewhere to satisfy your swimming needs. read more

I love the gym but in one review i agree with, the workout area should be for adults only kids do run around with freedom and the parents don't care. The family room should be with families only with kids of the opposite sex. The downside is no management tells the single people to stay out if they don't have kids. Single adults do go in the family room because its closer to the front door and use it as a short cut to get out. I saw a men changing his clothes in the family room without children with him and right in the changing booth was a little girl changing her clothes and no one was with her. I was in town for 2 weeks and was able to use this Lifetime Fitness while I was here. This place is a little more accommodating than my usual one. They offer razors, shaving cream, lotion, and q tips. Pretty cool. Equipment was clean and setup was pretty nice. I don't expect any less from Lifetime since our dues are expensive. read more

I don't want to give even one star but the sales manager, Josh made sure my babies and I were okay with our first visit today and apologized for what had happened to us so I'm giving stars. I'm a happy Lifetime member and I enjoy my visits with my family at NY location. No complains! However, after today's visit to Mt. Laurel location as a guest, I was very disappointed. If it's before mid June. It could be a good place to stay fit. Yesterday I experienced one of Lifetime Fitness' biggest mistakes. Soooo many kids in what I would think of as adult areas. Huge mistake and possible liability issues. Also, not the atmosphere I signed up for. /Edit/ update .... This past Saturday I experienced one of the dreadful reasons NOT to use this place. Besides kids throwing towels in the men's locker room and running through the shower yodeling and jumping on the benches like Tarzans. I went to use the pool. There were people swimming and children playing. So I decided to use the adult lanes and take a quick swim. After doing a few laps I noticed FECES ON BOTH ENDS WTF. They had to know cause it wasn't as crowded as usual for a Summer Saturday and after I got out I overheard them mentioning getting something out the next day. I thought twice about what I saw cause I didn't have goggles on and thought it was toys at the bottom. Even called later that night to ask and they told me they clean the pool daily and found nothing. Next day I found a sign saying it was. This place is poorly managed. Time to go elsewhere. read more

Boy have things changed. The rules only apply to certain people. The instructors and trainers and some of the lifeguards are great but the management is awful and only cater to certain people. I need the pool because of a disability but even that gets closed occasionally because some kids use it as a bathroom which is gross. Im starting to think of it was for some of the classes ( which my partner likes, I keep asking for more classes that I can do and keep getting ignored) we would leave. Most of the good classes are either during the workday or impossible to get if you work. They seem cater to non working people who can go anytime of day and not to working people or people without kids. I'm starting to think a DVC membership would be a better investment since the monthly payment would be the same. I'm updating this since we have since cancelled our membership. Please beware one of the instructors would ask my wife uncomfortable questions, ignore me, and started calling her on her personal cell. Literally the best fitness spa or gym you can go to in this part of Southern New Jersey. I've never seen a gym with so many services to offer. To call this a gym, fitness spa, or athletic center all fits the description but narrowing the name of this place as just one of these is a disservice. In the summer I'd probably refer to Lifetime as a resort or fitness extravaganza lol. They have great food, juice bar, hair stylists, makeup, and tanning for a woman thats not serious about about training. They also have other immunities like the steam room, dry sauna, daycare (including active recreation for children), basketball, volleyball, and racquetball tournaments. An indoor pool for the winter, outside pool, plush with slides and a outdoor Tiki bar. Spin classes are held poolside as well. I haven't even mentioned the weight room and cardio equipment. They spared no expense. All state of the art equipment. Comparable to a DI sports training facility. Plenty of room for Olympic lifts and any type of training you prescribe too. Usually I wouldn't even take the time to write a review on anything but I have to cause they got it right. Im pretty sure I left some things out. Nothing is exaggerated in this post. I love it, and the idea of it (a place where the whole family can go and exercise) but there are some thoughts I need to write down after four months of being a member. You take the tour initially and there is the "wow" factor. It's spacious, it's clean, everything is new and the people there are nice. The kids were super excited when we first joined. I have a 10-year-old daughter and a seven-year-old son. We joined without a contract and as a family we are paying about $240 a month. Since money doesn't grow on trees for us, we justified it by pulling our daughter out of gymnastics and not enrolling our son in karate like we had planned and reducing some other expenses. Of course one month after we joined, karate classes stopped and it took about 3 months to start karate classes for kids BUT now the karate classes they have are for 3-6 year olds which sucks for us. And basketball for kids seems to have stopped too. Besides sports skills, there are no other classes that our son would like since he's a boys boy and won't do dance, Zumba, yoga or arts and crafts. Kids club is definitely more geared to girls which works fine our daughter but really stinks for our son. Anyway, with all that being said, after having to fight with my kids to go to life time/kids academy today, I had to point out to my kids that they clearly no longer like Life time so why am I paying $80 a month for them? On my end, the gym and classes are great. But given our family life stage, it looks like this isn't going to work for us so I'm going to have to pull the plug soon. We'll just see how that's going to be and if it'll be like trying to quit Comcast (for those who don't get what I'm saying, just wait and see... It'll be a fight). Hopefully it won't be a huge hassle. But p.s., not sure if was just a one time thing or not, but my husband had some cash stolen out of his wallet while it was in a locked locker. Let's start by saying what all others have said. This place is costly! That being said, you get what you pay for. This is much more than simply a gym. It is a gym, spa, daycare center, resort, pool, etc. My family joined a month ago and we have yet to even try everything the place has to offer. The first time I went after joining, I was nervous because the parking lot was packed. I figured it would take forever to find any equipment that was not taken. What a surprise when I walked inside and did not have to wait for anything. The place is so big and has so much going on that I have yet to have to wait. The only con that I can think of is that the place is so new and yet I have already seen out of order equipment and some things falling apart (shower door and handle). I have been a member here for three years, moving from one of the most exclusive Diamond Northern NJ locations. I chose Mt. Laurel for the cleanliness over many local clubs like LA Fitness, Planet, Echelon, and Giant. The club is almost spotless and encourages members to clean up after themselves, thus creating a culture of unselfishness. Some of the trainers clean, but there is a cleaning crew all the time. During the pandemic this is crucial and as a physician, I appreciate it. The cafe is clean, healthy, pleasant, strategically placed and the prices are reasonable. The staff is very accomodating, engaging, and respectful as they are when you arrive at the front desk. Personal Training: Just to highlight the reason this is a true 'lifestyle experience', if you are considering a more serious reason to join. It's about finding role models. One of the trainers at the Mt. laurel location in NJ is incredible. I wish they would promote more of the backstories like hers. Her name is Deborah Evans. A paragon of fitness, and overall beastess of a woman, but who has literally transformed and influenced so many people's lives there since she's been working there for 3 years. Talk about female empowerment, but poise, kindness, sincerity, professionalism, and class. She is a combination of a personal health/life coach/trainer and physical therapist in one. At almost 65, Debbie is the most senior personal trainer -just promoted-there, has won and placed in several Pro NPC physique contests, holds multiple certifications including elderly adults, disabilities, wheelchair, post operative and chemotherapy, post joint replacement, had both hips replaced herself, a mom of three, former fashion designer, former office manager of a huge medical corporation, a former duathlete ( marathon running/biking ), advocate for Domestic Violence survivors, so much more, and embodies what Lifetime Fitness' mission statement regarding "...for all ages...". She is but one of many reasons to think about putting your money into reconstructing oneself to live a healthier, more productive life as we try and navigate away from the laziness and unhealthy behavior that the pandemic has caused. I know this from being a physician and having to motivate my patients to change their self-destructive behavior before it's too late. This is a class act and worth the $110/ month as I do not mind spending hard-earned money on my health when I know it's quality. I go almost every day, so that comes to about $10/ day. That's not everyone's mantra, I know, but not a bad deal for being inspired by Ms. Evans and the rest of the staff as I reach retirement age. This gym offers so many and is a little overwhelming at first. Once you discover all the little things they offer, you might get a little addicted. The cafe The breakfast, to me, not that great. Lunch and dinner are pretty good. The salads are bomb. (well, as good as a salad can get at least...) Spa Have yet to use, but will report back findings Machines Clean and updated. The treadmills are legit. They have these treadmills that have tire looking treads. they also have regular treadmills, stationery bikes, stair machine, ellipticals and this really cool side stepping, swirling elliptical type machine. I like this machine a lot bc it helps me warm up my hips. Warm Up area The warm up area is cool (hah). There are two machines that do this intense vibrating that will help with sore muscles and lactic acid release. They also have foam roll things, mats, and resistance bands. Swim/pool area huge and clean. There's a family side, lap pool and two Jacuzzi things. Outdoor pool is insane. Locker Room Very nice and i like that the membership card is the locker key. The bathrooms are clean and they offer big and little towels (sweat rags). There are two saunas, wet and dry. Showers, toilets, and changing area also. Classes the yoga classes are great with some hot yoga classes (woohoo!). they offer Zumba, cycling, Pilates, barre and some high intensity boot camp type classes too. Weights/ Work out Area there are a lot of weights and an area where you can do stability type exercises and battle ropes. Bosu Balls, Kettle bells, heavy bags, squat machines, etc. Pretty well rounded. Kids Place i do not have children but ive noticed how cool their area is. They offer alot for families with small to big kids and i hear the babysitting is pretty decent. they have a cool jungle gym inside. All in all this gym offers a lot. Torn about lifetime. Joined before it opened and loved it the first few months... Great spa, locker room, and state of the art equipment. then it quickly got old. Same classes over and over again so if you don't like the schedule you are screwed. I love Zumba but they only have Zumba at 7 or 8pm or in the middle of the day and the teachers aren't that great. Andddd they charge 100 per hour for training. What?!?!?! I recently had to go in to dispute a charge and saw the pool and decided to try it again. Schedule was exactly the same and the place is a madhouse. I think lifetime is steering away from a gym and more of a pool club for families. Kids running around everywhere soaking wet, all over the locker room, heck there was even a little boy on a tredmil next to me today that couldn't be more than 12 years old. I love the peace and quiet and serenity of lifetime. I love getting a good workout in then going into the gorgeous lockers room to relax. Hard to do that now that it's a camp pretty much. also the cafe. I paid 12$ for a salad yesteday that probably had 4 pieces of lettuce in it. Also the smoothies take 15 minutes to make and not fresh fruit! The cafeOverpriced and not worth it. So at the end of the day I'm not gonna leave lifetime because it is great but I wish they would respect the members that aren't there for the camp and pool and the members without kids. This is the most expensive gym for a basic membership in all of south Jersey. Because this gym is so expensive my expectations were very high and the experience was very disappointing. In sum - Not As Advertised - Let me breakdown why I say this: 1.You get 12 FREE passes. But... you can't use them for whom you want to bring, when you want to bring them and you can't bring the same people more than once in a month. Also, these rules are subject to arbitrary changes. 2. Membership price includes all facilities and classes but NOT ALL the classes. Take a guess which classes are included? Yup, you guessed it, the ones that are not as intensive, offered at weird times, over-crowded. If you want the best classes that are offered at the most convenient times you will pay extra. 3. Paid Class Farce: I paid to take a weight loss class. It was expensive. In order to attend, you're asked to purchase a heart rate monitor for $100. There are many devices on the market, but the one they recommend was the one you're encouraged to purchase. Sadly, it doesn't synch well with other devices and really isn't as great as some of the other devices on the market. Also, you can buy it more cheaply online. When you pay to do weight loss they test your cardio abilities and put you into zones that can be read using your new heart monitor. The test is FREE. What you get for FREE is an amateur trainer who may or may not conduct the test correctly. In my case, they got it totally wrong. The results should've been thrown out because it was obvious that the data was wrong. No re-test was offered so I worked through the zones that I was given to the best of my ability. The biggest issue of the paid class was the fact that the gym experienced tech issues during the entire 6 weeks and we used our heart rate monitors and zones about half of the time. It's not that we didn't get a good workout, but we defintiely DID NOT get what we paid for. The gym did not admit guilt or compensate anyone for the bad experience. I was one of many students who was very disappointed. The trainer did apologize but it didn't change the fact that we paid a lot of extra money and didn't get the full experience. Furthermore, I had to miss classes due to traveling for work and there was no system to get compensated for missed-paid classes. The paid classes are a rip off and very poorly managed. The trainers are very good but not worth hundreds of dollars extra. 4. The rules are so restrictive they turned my boyfriend away on a guest pass because the swimming pool was over crowded, even though we were going to a yoga class. No guests on weekends. Period. We turned around and walked away. It was sad. We were really looking forward to yoga class. 5. The pool. Let's talk about the pool. It was a big selling point but I never used it once. I had gotten a new boyfriend and was looking forward to bringing friends and family to the pool with me during the summer. That never happened because no guests were allowed unless they paid $30. I didn't want to attend the pool by myself, especially since it was over-crowded and crazy with kids and noisy. It just wasn't the experience I expected. I could've joined the local Collingswood town pool for less as I usually do. I'd have had a better time and guests are either free or $10. SO DISAPPOINTED. 6. Pretty interior but far from well designed. The bathrooms are few and located in odd places that are inconvenient. If you need to go and you're in a class, you're going to miss 5-10 minutes of that class just running to get to a bathroom. And, there's only ONE filtered water fountain in the whole gym. It's a huge expensive gym and yet it only has ONE water fountain? Really? A few nice things about the gym: It's big, new, pretty, clean and the trainers are high-quality. I liked the locker rooms and the hot tubs too, the sauna and steam room. Those were all very good, perhaps not as good as other gyms in the area that I've attended, but certainly worth mentioning. Other Better experiences I'd recommend in a heartbeat: 12th Street Gym Philly. Just take the PATCO. Way better experience. Comparable experience. WAY LESS expensive. GREAT trainers. Great classes. Pool Sauna Steam. Just sayin' Vitality Fitness Personal Training in Collingswood. Peter Pernice is one of the best trainers in South Jersey. He's been doing it for over 20 years and the guy will not bleed your wallet for the privilege. The gym itself is no frills and you will be training alongside other clients. As long as you're ok with that, sign up immediately. I've been a member there for 5+ years. No pool, no group classes... it's just personal training. Supplement with Planet Fitness a few blocks away. That's the ticket. Royal Fitness: My friends ALL LOVE this gym. It's clean, the classes are good, there's childcare, there's a salt water pool and it's way less costly than Lifetime. This gym used to be amazing when it first opened, now it's almost unbearable to still stay a member. Part of the reason was to drive 25 minutes to get to a gym that is hectic upstairs by the equipment is annoying. I got to the point where I had the mentality that I can find a gym that's 30 dollars a month, without the JR Watkins soap, and I'll deal with that craziness. Rather than driving all that time getting to the gym with no equipment avail and leaving with a "incomplete" workout and paying 100+ a month for it.. Life Time Athletic is a joke. I was harassed and bullied by the group fitness director of the Mt. Laurel club -- so I finally gave up my membership in September. She private messaged me, called my cell phone, called me out in group fitness class and just made my gym life miserable. I got all of that for $100 per month. Please if you join, don't ever disagree with her, don't complain to the general manager (her husband) and don't ever ask for a class that doesn't involve an extra fee. I went for a swim in the amazing huge pool, then a run on some of the new state of the art technology treadmills, worked out in the awesome fitness area, sat in the sauna and steam room, then got ready for a great day due to all the energy I gained from my morning here! like stated this gym has indoor/outdoor pool, weights, a lot of them, huge area for any kind of training you want to do, treadmills (various types) and lots of other cardio equipment. they offer classes (Zumba, yoga, ect,) a big list of classes and available all throughout the day, and there is an awesome app that gives the schedule along with tons of other features to keep up on your stuff on this gym. The parking lot can be packed and you would never know once your inside because this place is so big and has so much going on! Basketball courts are amazing, in a league (UHOOPS) and I love it, not the best out there by far but everyone is cool and helps out with teaching me new stuff! Couldn't say anything but the best about the guys on my team! Also when it seems packed from looking at the parking lot, you are never waiting for a machine or set of weights! There is just so many and such a great variety STAFF: OUTSTANDING, FRIENDLY, VERY HELPFUL, THE BEST!!!! I have not met one staff member from locker room person to trainer that is not in a good mood and smiling, truly makes it an enjoyable time being here. Shawn (personal trainer) is awesome! He has helped me drop inches off my pants in just over a week with his advice, too bad they don't sell pants here! He would make that profitable for them!! Nothing like this in the area. Besides the top notch facility the staff and members make it feel like your home away from home. I dare say I'm at Life Time more than I'm actually at home! When you walk in the spa is to the left (FYI you don't need to be a gym member to use the spa OR eat at the cafe) and getting any service gives you access to rest of the gym for day. The Cafe is a must stop on your way in or out each trip. Whether it be for a free iced tea fill up, recovery shake or a snack/meal Jackie and her team have you covered! Upstairs there are two group fitness rooms, yoga studio, Pilates studio (reformers!), cycle room and plenty of cardio and free weights. Yes, you'll wait for equipment if you go right after work- being a "pricey" location doesn't mean every piece of equipment is not in use. Lifetime Fitness Bridgewater -I honestly wouldn't even give a star for our experience this evening. It was outrages, disappointing and terrible for our guests. It simply made me want to leave the facility. The front desk asked for $30 per person (2 adults plus 2 small children under age 3) after 5:30pm to enjoy the outdoor pool which closes at 8pm. It's ridiculous. Under guest passes on the app, policy does not differentiate usage between indoor or outdoor pool or other facilities that it costs anything. Started going there recently. I will have to say. The staff was tremendously nice and accommodating. Couldn't have had a better experience anywhere else. Cleanliness, everything stocked, help anywhere you need; and most importantly staff and members that know each other that makes it a family atmosphere for goal-orientated and tight on time type persona. read more

If i could give it a half star i would. After all the sales pitches which i fell for i am now finding what is not included in my pricing. Miserable gym experience but has great potential. My two complaints are 1. The inescapable blaring club music piped everywhere (lobby, locker room, restaurant) that can't even be drowned out with noise canceling headphones set on the highest volume, and 2. Little kids running back and forth from the steam room and sauna to the pool, even though they're not allowed in the steam room and sauna. Their yelling and carrying on worsened the noisy, chaotic environment. It felt like the Y. (Lifetime's locker rooms are very nice and have potential to compete with most spas if management would make a few tweaks... enforce kids rules, and play softer music to create a relaxing atmosphere.) I met a woman in the sauna who once belonged to Virtua, as did I, so we compared notes. Her husband didn't like Lifetime for the same reasons I didn't. No place to sit in peace and quiet, read the paper and relax. Even Lifetime's cafe has loud club music. Yet, her family left Virtua because lifetime has better child care activities and incentives. Like her husband, I work from home. So I'm looking for a gym to get out of the house, relax, and destress. Yet, although there is much more potential for relaxation at Lifetime, the pumping music is inescapable. The woman I met said her husband had the exact complaint. It's a loud, hurried, typical meathead vibe in what - based on the decor - should be a more calm, mature atmosphere. He misses Virtua for that reason. But, the childcare at Lifetime makes up for that. This gym isn't as geared towards high-earning adults who value serenity as much as it seems to be geared towards hipsters who are becoming new parents. It's not that I hate loud music. But there's a place for it. You can even hear it IN the sauna and steam room. Even my noise cancelation headphones couldn't cancel it out! (I even tried wearing them in the sauna!!) The club music drowned out what was on my headphones! If you've ever gone to the gym with even a slight headache, you know loud club music like this just makes it worse. If the price weren't so high, it wouldn't be as much of an issue. But for Lifetime's price point, it should feel high end in every part of the club. Both of my complaints can be remedied by management ... Yet, while working out, I asked an attendant if they could lower the volume just a little bit so that the overhead music didn't overpower headphones. She said she got that request a lot, and that others have complained about it... but it's a corporate decision. So for now, there's nothing she can do. And as far as the kids go, well, the door to the locker room connects to the pool. So that's why unattended kids run in and out. This can easily be remedied by regularly reminding members that kids are not allowed in the steam room and sauna, and must not run and yell in the locker rooms. It's not only disruptive, it's dangerous. (Perhaps they can post a warning to parents that if kids are unattended, or in the steam room and sauna, their membership can be revoked.) Here's my suggestion for the music: Lower the decimals so that at the very least, it's not blaring as soon as you walk in the door, and so that it can't be heard over headphones set at the highest volume. Or, perhaps during the day have have softer music geared towards adults in their 40s and 50s. Play club music at a time when those who like it come. This way you cater to all. (But definitely lower the volume over all. People won't have to speak so loudly to be heard, and simply lowering the volume a few decimals will enhance the upscale, spa like decor of the whole building.) Suggestion for management: Lifetime's locker rooms can compete with most spas. So, maximize that! Gear it towards relaxation. You've got orchids, and pretty lotion bottles. Don't waste this wonderful attention to detail! Put on a little spa music and members will think they're at Burke Williams. Trust me, even the mom's there for the childcare will appreciate the more relaxing atmosphere. And, if the locker rooms are peaceful, the blaring music in the rest of the building won't be as bothersome because at least there will be a place to escape it. Even though Lifetime costs more, I want to join Lifetime. I'm writing this review hoping that corporate will read it and lower the volume!!! It was so loud I couldn't even finish my work out, so it would be a waste of money to join now. Note to management: Please let me know if you decide to lower your music. I really want to join! But it's not a relaxing environment with blaring music everywhere. I'm not the only one who feels this way. With summer coming, more kids will be there all the time, so it's important to do the small things needed to make sure the atmosphere fits with your beautiful spa like decor. Seriously, this gym has a lot of potential. Yet, it's spa decor and focus on over all well being is inconsistent with the loud, chaotic environment. read more

Better value elsewhere. Charge $110/person minimum and raising prices on both new and incumbent members. Should be $50/month max. Save the $700/year and invest it or make another consumer purchase. Reasonable compounding of that cash flow savings makes it a $20k-30k decision over 7-10 years. Biggest issue TO ME is questionable judgement/behavioral issues from staff (with exceptions). People will pay for an overpriced facility but it's the low-caliber staff that often chases individuals away. For example, large-scale theft common at the expense of paying customers - common knowledge from employees that management expenses lesser quality items/toiletries/cleaning products and pockets the difference. Equipment often inoperable or not available for no good reason. If something requires maintenance/replacement it lingers for extended periods despite staff overcrowding the workout areas daily. Young man in operations staff caught taking photos of men's genitalia in the restroom (pause). Sexual activity in the FAMILY locker room (pause). Young man arrested recently for some kind of mental breakdown/psychotic episode (pause). General harassment from staff trying to feel relevant (pause). Have watched trainers siphon money from naive clients who pay thousands of dollars every year with little to moderate progress. Go somewhere that respects their clientele and doesn't exhibit what I'd characterize as predatory business practices. Don't believe me? This place is great, but I have one problem. The kid programs are not anything special. Older kids say they are bored out of their minds because the classes there don't teach them anything. Plus the only classes for older kids, they let little kids in too. So it becomes a class full of little kids and just one older kid. read more

I'm not a member of the gym but saw an ad for the cafe in the paper so decided to swing by and try it out. The woman at the front desk made me sign in before entering the cafe-a bit strange if the cafe is being advertised as a restaurant for members and non-members. I ordered a smoothie-almond milk, strawberries and bananas. I passed on the protein and the employee told me she wouldn't be able to fill my cup the entire way then...ok?? Lol. I paid $8.01 for a watery cup of mush. I expected fresh whole strawberries as anyone would expect-at a gym cafe right??? Nope-some red drippy liquid was what I got. It literally tasted like frozen water because I don't think the employee put more than a half cup of almond milk and I tasted no banana at all. Extremely disappointing. I'll stick with Whole Foods if I'm spending 8 bucks on a small smoothie going forward. read more

We joined about 8 months ago and I have to say this is the best gym/spa I have been to. They keep it clean and fresh always available equipment and room in the classes. They have good events to keep people engaged. Also,a great spa,kids center and cafe. It's expensive but well worth every penny if you want to be fit and stay fit. read more

This place is my peace . I just wish I had found it sooner . My daughter loves it here and is very family friendly . This is hands down the best gym I have ever belonged to. It's expensive but I think it's worth every penny read more
