My period started to get heavier, probably 10 years ago…read more Pain was really bad, and the amount of blood was massive, I had nausea, and anemia. I needed to take pain killers A LOT. I couldn't make any plans during my period. Even a 15 min drive in the car made me nervous. Recently I have been depressed and weeping when the period comes. And taking the birth control pill wasn't my option because I didn't want to quit smoking. So, hypnotherapy was my last resort. I cried during the session because it took me back to my past and emotions that I've totally thought I've recovered from, the pain and shock I felt when my brother died, about 9 years ago.
