I randomly selected Life is a Cabernet on my visit to tour the Barossa Valley. The driver picked my family up at the hotel and we had a nice tour. We visited three wineries and I purchased two cases of wine. That is when my nightmare began. The tour guide recommended that instead of having each winery ship my wine back to the United States that I let Life is a Cabernet do it. It seemed like a legitimate offer, so I accepted. It has now been three months and I still do not have my wine. I have contacted the owner Ralf Hazdic numerous times. At first he would return my emails and had what appeared to be legitimate explanations regarding the delay. Then all communications from Ralf stopped. I have had four unanswered emails and texted messages and am now convinced that he never had the intention of shipping my wine. For all I know, he has used or given away my wine. I caution anyone who is thinking of using Life is a Cabernet. There are a number of other more legitimate operators/tours out there and I would use them. read more
