I've been coming to Burkhart & Chapp for years (since I was a child). I get into these ruts where I…read moredon't go for awhile and then I wish I would have kept up on the maintenance appointments. Most recently, I was experiencing what the doctors thought was classic vertigo and nothing was helping...a week and a half into the miserable "vertigo" I went to see Dr Ryan and we decided on doing some x-rays to get a better look at my neck and it's a good thing we did - ended up finding that the natural curve that should be there is lacking. He adjusted me and I felt better the very next morning - back to normal! Now I just need to keep up with the exercises provided, my new denneroll and my appointments. It may seem like a lot- but your health is worth it and it's MUCH less than going into the Urgent Care and/or ER like I did. I would highly recommend any of the 3 chiropractors on staff; I've seen them all over the years.

I'd been having some knee pain from an injury a long time ago, so I made an appointment to be seen…read moreat OAM Now, which also functions as an orthopedic urgent care. I was able to make the appointment online easily for that same week, which was nice. They sent a ton of forms to fill out prior to the appointment, which took a bit of time, but I didn't have to re-do any of the paperwork when I was there. The building has plenty of parking but it was pretty busy as the lot is shared with some other offices. I was seen pretty close to my appointment time by PA Nate. He listened to my concerns and did a quick physical exam of my knee and sent me for an x-ray which was done in their own lab. I got my results fairly quickly and they recommended physical therapy. They did call me several times to follow up to schedule PT as well as make a return appointment, which I declined. Overall it was a good experience, I don't have anything to compare it to but I felt listened to and supported in my care at this practice.

My dad (87) is not the easiest patient, but Marcie had a work around for everything. She took him for his XRay. Less than 5 minutes later a male and female Dr came in and kindly, and simply, told (and showed on X-ray) my dad his arm was broken. They sent him across the hall to get a cast. It was a great experience from beginning to end. But what really made me know my dad was in good hands was Marcie. She cared enough to figure things out even when he kept saying he "was fine". And he was not. So thank you Marcie and AOM Now!

After ever visit, our prescriptions were called in quickly so that we didn't have to wait long at the pharmacy for them - very helpful.
