Career Pro is an amazing team that helped me land a dream job of making new ice cream flavors in California! This was both a career move that I wanted to make and one that I didn't believe I could do. Thank you, Career Pro! I really appreciate all of the personal attention and advice that the team at Career Pro has given me! I am a young professional - only 3 years out of college and left my job in Chicago to relocate near my family in Raleigh because of a family emergency. It was quite difficult to find a way to write my resume and cover letters to address this sudden gap and John and the team at Career Pro were so helpful in finding ways to address this. I found their services in resume building and cover letters to be useful, but what was more helpful was their advice on networking. I needed some hand-holding because I am naturally an introvert (and I'm still quite new to professional networking!) and the team at Career Pro was so helpful and thoughtful with their advice! They responded promptly to emails and hold weekly check-in meetings. After all their advice and coaching, I was able to network my way into my dream job. I was previously an engineer and have always wanted to enter product development, but wasn't sure I was ready or had the skills needed. I also love working for Fortune 500 companies, but after a gap on my resume, I wasn't confident anyone would take me. Not the case! I have landed a product development job at a Fortune 500 company with Career Pro's help! I am so happy and so grateful! Obviously, they will not do the work for you and cannot promise to find you a job. But if you need a partner to help you stay motivated in your job search and someone like a mentor/coach to offer friendly advice (or sometimes much needed tough love!) THIS IS THE PLACE.

John has a rare ability to connect people thoughtfully and purposefully. His advanced jobseeker trainings are especially strong--practical, current, and grounded in real hiring dynamics rather than theory. Participating in these sessions sharpened my perspective and expanded my visibility in meaningful ways. What stands out most is John's generosity as a collaborator. He doesn't just build networks, he activates them. He creates space for others to grow their presence, credibility, and influence, and he does so with integrity and consistency.

Not only did my back pain go away, but I got major transformation to boot. My relationships have improved.
