We hired Andrea with Streamline business consulting to see how we could better our approach. Andrea sat down and listened to all things related to our business and what we have tried and what our goal was moving forward. Moving forward she has been an amazing accountability coach, it's so easy to get caught up in the day to day and be content with your life but I really feel this program is going to take us to new levels we could have never done on our own! I experienced an exploitative and unethical business practice from this company and would recommend…read moreyou go elsewhere for registered agent services. After paying the $35/year dues and choosing to renew my business registration myself (takes 5 minutes) each year, for several years as their customer, they suddenly charged me $200 for a renewal that I did not give permission for them to perform, and that they could not yet actually perform for several more weeks. Without notice, they changed their policy to automatically sign all customers up for their service of renewing the customer's business registration with the state. What a.... choice, as a business. I cannot imagine making a choice like that as a business owner to essentially pull a fast one on all my customers. The renewal itself takes 5 minutes, max, and they want to charge $200.... which, fine, charge whatever you want for your services, but not WITHOUT MY CONSENT to perform the service!!!! They did refund me, which I appreciated, but this policy was so slimy and greedy that I do not trust them to handle any legal matters for my business if that's how they handled such a basic policy. I took my business elsewhere.
