He's creatively skilled at removing stains and tailoring clothes. I've had him take care of my whites and silks for years. Also, I'm size 00 hence picky with the fit of my clothes and he's made baggy clothes fit streamlined. Skirts that where quoted as taking 3days to hem took him only 1day to finish. Especially jeans, if you bring it in early afternoon and ask, he can even have it ready by closing the same day.

I had a coat with older stains and didn't trust anybody with it but thought I'd give them a try. The boss man was very up front with me and told me there's a 50/50 shot of the stains coming out but he'd try. The stains didn't come out entirely but they didn't ruin the wool cashmere coat. She not only hemmed my dress perfectly and added delicate beading, but she also completely transformed the back by designing a stunning corset and a beaded clasp at the top of the dress that matched seamlessly with the original details of the gown. She also added more beading at the front as I wasn't a fan of cleavage. Back story: I was originally supposed to wear the dress in 2020 for a Disney wedding. However, we all know what happened in 2020. We decided we would do a 5 year vow renewal but when the time came and two children later... I no longer fit into the original dress. I still loved the dress and wanted to make it work so I decided to see Christy and see if alterations could be made so I could wear it! At first I was hesitant of the pricing as the alterations were more than the dress itself. However, you're paying for the quality of the work. I had alterations made in 2019 and they weren't to Christy's standard. She actually spent time fixing those alterations as measurements were off. Her eye for detail and craftsmanship are unmatched--everything looked like it had always been part of the dress. Thanks to her, my gown fit like a dream and felt uniquely mine. I received so many compliments, and I truly felt beautiful on my wedding day.
