My review will highlight why I am glad I discovered Big Frog custom shirts. When I first entered their store I was greeted by Jake, a semi-young looking chap who was the same kind fellow who answered the phone when I called and put me at ease when he gave me assurance that the custom job (a difficult one that other companies said couldn't be done) could be accomplished. Jake was very helpful in spelling out the process and the approach he would take to fix the apparel I brought (t-shirts, jackets, hooded sweaters) to him and was very professional, helpful, and courteous from start to finish. Being local family owned and operated made me even happier to discover them and after successful completion of my custom apparel job, I have gained the confidence to give them a few more t-shirt jobs for our businesses to which they also successfully completed. From design, to listening, to production, the entire staff (ie. Jake, Rachael, Kathryn, and Claude) were extremely helpful in executing the look and feel I was looking for. So thank you to him for that. I even made a shirt for my 3 year old due to their no-minimum policy which was awesome. If I can mention one critical remark it is that they forgot to print a logo on the front of a few shirt that I printed with them, but I am confident that they will own to their small oversight as they had in the past when any mishap occurred.
