So bad I don't know where to begin. Not recommended for buying or selling. I have tried three times…read moreto sell very clean, excellent condition, fashionable items including designer, and they have literally rejected everything each time after making me wait 45 minutes. In that time I browse the store, and their stock is often worn, dirty, and in poor condition with odd pricing. A ripped canvas pouch is $11 while a leather coat with genuine fur trim is $30? And yet my brand name and designer items are rejected. I'm happy to tell anyone how bizarre this place has been, including the rude staff. Edit: they offered to buy one mint condition designer item for $150, which would have sold for $900 retail second-hand. I turned around and sold it to Oliver Jewelry the next day for $550. Seller beware!

This is a fun place to browse with a lot of clothing. But hit and miss whether I find anything I…read morelike. I give 4 stars for buying clothes and accessories. But 3 stars for selling- you really don't get much $ and I'm not sure it's worth the 30 min wait for them to go through your items, only to receive $8 and 75% of your items returned back to you. Suggestions for improvement would be faster sorting of items you drop off and bin inside or just outside the store to donate your remaining items they didn't buy ( if you so wish). Just make the process easier to sell and donate, so you feel like it's all settled when you leave the store and you didn't spend a large chunk of time for a small amount of $. Some prices are on the high side. Some are reasonable. I enjoy looking through different brands and labels in the same store. I end up seeing things I don't usually because I'm boring and tend to shop at the same retail locations. It gets me out of my fashion box! Service is friendly. No issues there. Sometimes there is a wait for a change room. But nothing too crazy. The space between racks is narrow. Shopping with a stroller is challenging as it's hard for other shoppers to get past you

I really wanted to like this shop. When Mr Vegetarian and our children want to test bikes, the…read moreowner (Andrew) was cheerful and friendly, and let them ride whatever they wanted while being pretty good-natured about the clambering-about habits of certain small children. We arranged to buy an expensive ($3k+) cargo bike, tricked out with all sorts of kid-related accoutrement. We said at the beginning that we were nervous about buying a bike in Burlington and living in Toronto, but they had the Milano we wanted and Andrew assured that they were in Toronto "all the time" offering mobile service and deliveries and that this would not be a problem. It has been a problem. The good cheer and helpfulness available on sales day vanished shortly thereafter. They delivered our bike (and charged us for it), with the wrong cover attached and told us we would need to return the cover ourselves if we wanted a new one. When we tried to book our promised free-in-the-first-year service and get replacement lights because the factory one fell apart we were sent an invoice for nearly $500 - the free service was suddenly not available. First we were told it was because we had to have it in the first six months, then were told it was because we had to do it at the shop. To be clear, this would mean either riding the 100lb bike 50km to Burlington for service or paying someone to transport it there. The short answer is that we really wish we hadn't bought a bike so far away - the owners promises to make sure we were cared for even though we lived in the city never materialized at all. Maybe this place would be great if you lived around the corner, but I can't trust a shopkeeper who will over-promise or say anything to get the sale and then shrug his shoulders. A real let down.

Absolutely worst place to buy a bike. DO NOT PURCHASE A BIKE FROM THIS PLACE. I made the mistake of…read morebuying one and had nothing but problems.. was extremely unhappy and needless to say I got stuck with a 2,000$ bike that I have been trying to sell on my own for almost 1.5 years. Horrible customer service and lack of knowledge. I am very surprised this place is still in business. Please do yourself a favor and go else where!!!
