The store is large and packed with goods. It is well laid out, organized and easy to maneuver through without being overwhelming. We found several shirts and a pair of shoes that were well priced, so we left with more than we arrived with...per usual. My only issue with this location was the service, or lack thereof. There were three Associates congregated behind the counter the entire time we were in store. In addition to us, there were several other shoppers, and none of us interacted with staff unless we checked out or sought them out behind the register. Weird style of retail service... Overall, solid 3.5 experience due to service, but since we do not do half stars, 4 it is.

But congratulations to Columbia for fixing the problem. I purchased a jacket from Columbia as a Christmas gift for my wife. The jacket did not fit, so we returned it promptly. Columbia has now had the jacket back in their possession for over two weeks, yet my refund has still not been issued. When I contacted customer service, I was told the refund would be processed within seven days. That timeframe has passed. On a follow-up call, I was then told it could take 7-10 business days, which directly contradicts the original communication. When I called again, I was told to "check with my financial institution." I did not purchase the jacket from my bank, and I did not return it to my bank. I returned it to Columbia. This feels less like a processing delay and more like an unwillingness to issue a timely refund. Taking a customer's money immediately but holding both the product and the funds for weeks after a return is poor business practice. Based on this experience, I do not recommend doing business with Columbia. I plan to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I visited the store to make a $100.00 payment toward my credit card balance. However, this payment…read morehas not been applied to my account, nor has it been received by Comenity Bank. I am concerned that a payment made in-store has not been properly processed between the store and the bank. Since then, I have been working to resolve this issue and provide proof of payment. Comenity Bank has requested that I submit my payment receipt for verification, even though this situation was not due to an error on my part. Unfortunately, I have been unable to send the requested documentation because the Comenity Bank website is not allowing me to submit a message; I have attempted multiple times, but the system appears to be malfunctioning. This situation has caused significant inconvenience. Although I made my payment on time, I am now being charged late fees and additional penalties. I will be canceling my credit card account.

Nike Outlets always seem to be the most popular store in outlet malls, and this location is no exception. They were busy with a floor full of folks and a checkout line 10 deep. The selection was a bit disappointing, especially for clothing with the outlet pricing. The shoes, even those not on clearance were of good variety. So what the clothing lacked, the shoes made up for it. Service was minimal on the floor, as most Associates were at the registers. The store is well laid out, stocked to the brim and clean. Overall, any Nike outlet is always worth a pass through!

We were in the store for about 10 minutes, made eye contact with both Associates, one behind the register and one on the floor, and not either time did someone acknowledge or speak to us. Seems super odd, especially with a high energy brand like Mountain High and the fact that the store is fairly small, so we were rubbing elbows and not talking. Overall, the service is what stands out for me, which is a bummer, because I enjoy visiting Mountain High when I come across a location.

PRO TIP: This is the only place I know of in Williamson County that sells freeze-dried mint chocolate chip ice cream sandwiches, my favorite dessert!!
