I shop at several grocery stores in the area and Lidl is my go to for several things: fruit (particularly passionfruit), cheap booze, and their seasonal promotional items.
The store is between Saint-Gaudens and the large shopping area of Estancarbon. Parking is plentiful and near the store entrance.
The baked goods are wonderful and VERY fresh. You must eat most items the same day or they become stale very quickly because there are no preservatives. Surprisingly, their croissants, chaussons (like apple turnovers), and pretzel rolls are excellent; it is not what you would expect from a chain supermarket. I also like their whole grain bread.
The fruit and vegetables are well priced and fresh. I also really like their seasonal promotions like Greek week, when you can buy halloumi, the holiday items for Christmas, and American week which has products we would not have in the US.
