In 2025, I relocated out of state and now needed someone to manage the entire process of preparing my home for sale, which included interior and exterior painting, tile and grout repairs, house cleaning, window cleaning, furniture staging, and movers to pack my belonging and deliver as directed. In March 2026, I called Karl Katnik on his cell #, he met me at the house, and I shared that I don't have any time to deal with the transaction during my move out of state and need someone to completely manage the process. Karl assured me that they do this all the time, they have the contractors and staff to take this off my plate. Karl asked what I was thinking for a selling price, and then he shared his thoughts on what investment was needed on my part to support that selling price. I went with his recommendations, we agreed upon the timeline, and then I signed the DocuSign agreement to proceed. I was introduced to his associate Hannah Goldman who was my point person for the rest of the transaction and provided timeline updates and managed the service providers who were assigned to my project. Hannah kept me well informed and the Katnik operations team provided all the electronic documentation for the transaction that I could complete while out of the area. The home was prepared for sale, listed, and sold within the agreed timeframe and terms that we wanted. The entire process was seamless for both buyers and sellers. Had MRRE for a year. They tried to underprice my LA rental property and fought me when I insisted…read moreon higher, which we ended up getting. This despite their leasing agent being high when I dropped by the property's open house once. Tenants hated dealing with MRRE. And despite paying them a (mandatory) project management fee for a roof replacement, they didn't keep tabs on the work. I kept sending them photos contradicting their contractors and warning them the work would not be completed before the new tenant's move-in, which they had promised and which the contractor they found had promised. Then when the work wasn't completed on time and the tenant requested compensation, mrre refused to compensate them and expected me to cover their mistake (though of course they didn't reduce their own management fee for the project they'd mismanaged). They also overcharged me for utilities for which my tenant was responsible. They had improperly deducted it out of the rent owed to me,and refused to correct the error since I'd fired them by the time I caught the error myself, despite it being a clear violation of the management agreement they'd signed with me. Terrible company for owners, terrible to renters. I'd give them one star, but the house is still standing.

1 STAR My experience…read morewith Solari Enterprises and their management of our apartment has been extremely frustrating, particularly dealing with Brandi during a major water/mold-related incident that displaced our family from our home. I have documented this situation extensively, including photos, emails, and real-time before-and-after video. One of the most recent issues is especially telling: our personal Govee LED strip lights were intact before management secured the apartment. When maintenance later gave us access back into the unit, I recorded the condition of the apartment in real time, and the lights were broken. I asked for a $57 rent/ledger credit--the actual cost of replacing the damaged lights. Not hundreds of dollars. Not some unreasonable demand. $57. Management has refused to make even that small amount right. After everything our family has already dealt with during this incident, having to fight over $57 for personal property that I have video evidence was intact before the apartment was secured is incredibly disappointing. My advice to anyone renting from Solari: document everything, keep communication in writing, save your photos and videos, and don't assume that reporting a problem means it will actually be resolved.

In the first week, they did a renewal inspection and fixed my runny toilet with promises for further repairs to come. Jeremy was flexible when I needed to reschedule the inspection as well. Who would have known what a difference an honest and friendly property manager can make.

I am sick of getting this crap in the mail, they never respond with a "sorry, we'll take you off the list" and I highly doubt they are even a legitimate business.
