Prices at this time are very similar to those in the states, except there is no tax which saves about 7-8 percent if you are from California!

We are very disappointed by the service and most importantly the ethics of this store. We purchased…read morea piece of jewelry recently on our visit to Santiago from this store. We can't speak Spanish and the sales lady showed us the price in US dollars on her calculator. We agreed and I paid for the item with a credit card. When I got back to the hotel and checked my credit card account we were charged 10x the amount that was shown on the salespersons calculator. Whether this was an intentional or an unintentional mistake I don't know. We took the jewelry back in the original packaging to get this refunded as I was not willing to pay this amount for this piece of jewelry. Yes I should have been more vigilant making this purchase but I trusted that this store in such a famous shopping mall had a good reputation. They absolutely REFUSED to accept the return of the jewelry. My gripe and bad review is because of the unwillingness to admit that they made a mistake and were not willing to compromise. As you walk by you can't help put look in to its large windows boasting a dark wood and metal decor - it is mysterious and enticing you to come sit for awhile. Since my partner and I were looking for a good lunch spot, we decided to come inside. As we were walking in, we noticed their sign: all-natural hamburgers (boy, was my partner happy!). When we walked in, we were surprised to find it be not only a lunch spot but also a boutique - very original! We were sat down quickly (we came at an awkward time and we were essentially the only people in the place). The waiters were super nice and let us know about their daily special and hamburger option - I opted for the menu (appetizer, main dish, dessert and a drink for 3.750) while my partner went for the hamburger. We were both happily surprised and decided to order a coffee to go with our dessert (you have to try their white cake with fruit and cream - delicious!). The coffee quality was excellent and we had to roll ourselves out the door (the servings were large and filling). Great lunch spot and cafe (WIFI is good here)!

Emiliano waited on us and was extremely helpful in providing useful information on how to operate the Samsung product. We retuned the next day with additional questions on operating the phone and Gracias a Dios we encountered Emiliano again. Once again Emiliano provided exceptional service in explaining operating features on the Samsung , even in English for my benefit , and this time my friend seemed to grasp a better understanding of the product. As I'm an Apple fan I'm useless on a Samsung cell phone. Overall the service provided at Paris is exceptional. Yeah, I can speak basic Spanish , but ya gotta speak slowly if you want me to understand EVERY word. Thanks Emiliano.

We stopped by to pick up some fun things for my kids to play with. The frisbee section is in the very back corner of the store, next to some other random fun things like soft boomerangs and bow and arrows for kids. We snagged these really fun and very sturdy bow and arrow sets with suction ends that were a huge hit (with metal rods instead of plastic), plus a big soft frisbee that is also great because it can't hurt you when it hits you in the face. My son picked out a small basketball and my other son picked out a soccer ball. We also picked up kids water shoes and athletic shoes, single wall stainless steel water bottles, and sturdy backpacks for school. Everything was beyond reasonably priced, the sneakers were on clearance, and the quality of what we picked up is better than anything I've ordered off amazon. Everything was the store brand. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and we took our time trying on shoes, as well as trying out frisbees and balls (to my children's delight). Their selection of rollerblades is incredibly complex, and their scooters seem very well made and reasonable. We also tried out the skateboards. In effect, once again, I wanted it all! Thank goodness for luggage weight restrictions LOL
