The sound system also needs upgraded, as we were stuck way in the back and couldn't hear anything said through the mics. The accomplishment of having the whole wedding paid for was quite rewarding until I received another bill a week after the wedding reception. When I contacted Goegleins Catering about the situation, Greg Goeglein stated that they 'forgot' to add a charge and that it was 'human error'. He was very rude, arrorgant and very condenscending with his 'so called' apology. Of course I paid the bill which by the way was MORE than a couple hundred dollars. Brett walked us through the steps of how to make one of his signature cocktails during the online event, and it was so much fun to see all the steps broken down. Alcomy sells several different flavors that I can't wait to try. I had the Malibu Sunset (lemon, orange, raspberry, hibiscus, and rosemary), but you can also get Old Fashioned, Spicy Basil Margarita (umm, YUM), Blue Velvet and Blackberry Smash. The Malibu Sunset mix was perfection with gin, but I could also see it being amazing with vodka. Brett also does mixology classes, which I think sound like a blast. I could see doing something like that on zoom during COVID, but I also can't wait to book an in-person class once social distancing restrictions are eased.
