Dr. Stacey is not just a veterinarian -- she is a miracle worker, an advocate, and a voice of truth in a field where too many people refused to listen. After going to multiple vets in the area, all I got was denial, excuses, and a wall of people protecting each other instead of helping my dog. They acted like nothing was wrong, even when something clearly was. It felt hopeless. Then I found Dr. Stacey. She didn't brush me off. She didn't minimize my concerns. She didn't treat me like I was imagining things. She listened -- really listened. She looked deeper, asked questions, and actually cared enough to find the truth when everyone else turned their backs. She went above and beyond in every single way, and because of her, my dog is finally getting the help no one else was willing to give. Her compassion, her intelligence, her dedication, her honesty, and the way her entire team supports her -- it is unmatched. I have been to many vets in this area over the years, and I can say with 100% certainty: no one compares to Dr. Stacey. Not even close. I would recommend her a thousand times over. She deserves ten stars, not five. If every veterinarian cared the way she does, the world would be a better place for our animals. Thank you, Dr. Stacey. You didn't just help my dog -- you restored my faith that good people still exist.

The staff and doctors were knowledgeable and friendly; the front desk answers swiftly and was very understanding when my cat refused to get in her carrier--I was rescheduled immediately for the next day. Appointments are easy to schedule in general online or over the phone. They are transparent about their policies and pricing, which is extremely affordable, especially for the Lehigh Valley. They were miracle workers with my cat, Olive, who was a stray and typically wary of strangers. They provided helpful and effective care for Olive, who had a very irritated ear infection. The entire facility is extremely clean and sanitary, which made me feel extra comfortable. Since I am moving, I am saddened that they will be too far to travel to for care--they were the best EVER. It's hard to understand any positive reviews for this office -- anyone who has experienced a…read morethorough, professional exam and cleaning elsewhere would quickly notice the difference which is like night and day. The cleaning lasted less than 10 minutes and only included a quick scraping and polish. There was no thorough exam -- no gum measurements, no photos, and no detailed explanation of findings shown on a big screen. The dentist herself spent barely three minutes with me, glanced at my X-rays from across the room, and said everything looked fine. This was concerning because my previous dentist had already informed me that two of my silver fillings were leaking and needed replacement, which this dentist said are fine. Missed other issues my previous dentist had flagged as well. I also asked about possible thrush. She took a two-second look and told me I didn't have it. The very next day, my family doctor diagnosed me with a severe case that required 21 days of treatment. Since then, I've gone to another dentist who addressed my cavities properly and even removed stains from my teeth -- something this office told me wasn't possible. To make matters worse, the billing was misleading. Before my appointment, I confirmed multiple times (via email, voicemail, and even their own website) that they accepted my insurance. At checkout, I was told I owed nothing. Later, I received a bill for over $150 because they claimed it was out of network. My insurance did cover part of it, but the balance due was still higher than what I would have paid out of pocket at another dentist -- where I also would have received a much more thorough cleaning and exam. Now they continue to call and threaten collections, despite my having proof of what I was told regarding insurance. Good luck to them! Overall, I had a poor experience with the care, professionalism, and billing practices at this office, and I recommend seeking care elsewhere. If you're looking for quality care, I highly recommend R&W dental or Malloy & Devine Signature Dental. Both provide thorough exams, take the time to explain everything, and deliver the level of professionalism and treatment patients deserve.
