Had our entire family seen and treated. continued to find nits that were left behind for DAYS. They do not offer the heat treatment that is advertised (and is the only 100% effective method in totally killing both live lice as well as eggs). Unresponsive to follow up calls/emails regarding dissatisfaction. In addition to this, the facility was not clean. Would like a refund of some sort, but since no one answers you this is how I will have to give my feedback. was seen today at another lice treatment facility and the experience was night and day. I never knew this was a salon designed just for lice. What a great salon clean, friendly and very professional. I learned a lot and the cost is more then affordable. After learning the box kit sets from drug stores don't work and knowing how damaging it is on the scalp and hair I was googling natural ways to get rid of these pests after learning my 2 nephews had them as did my mother and was worried I had them. After a friend told me about this place I called and got a same day appointment. The cost to check is only $30.00 then the treatment is $75.00 but they apply the $30.00 if you need the treatment. It's really a good deal being the box sets in stores that don't work cost $20.00 and doing it yourself is impossible; let alone finding someone that knows how to properly get the nits out. They are very thorough and every parent and hairdresser should have their brochure because it saves so much time and makes life easier to deal with! I highly recommend Lice Lifters because they educate you, give you a treatment plan and the kit you get is full size bottles of products that are free from pesticides and harsh chemicals, better comb that works and can reuse with more then enough treatments for aftercare and precautionary treatments as well. I give Lice Lifters my highest recommendation! When a parent or guardian even thinks their children or they have lice, immediately you're anxious and wanting to know definitively and have it treated immediately. The owners of this location are amazing, equally great with children and adults. I visited today with my two children, during a major snowstorm, and not only did they see us, but they got us in and out quickly. Fortunately, we did not have lice, but I learned important information about prevention and wouldn't even think about going anywhere else should we have a concern in the future. I am so disappointed in this business. They guarantee their services for a month and say it will work. Been there twice in two months it does not work. They downplay how long lice lives in your home. Either that or they don't do as great a job as they say. Guaranteed for 30 days. You have to do a treatment for 30 days at home. Thought they were my saving grace. Bulls$&t ! read more
