I called back to see if there was anything that could be done and the person on the phone said there really wasn't anything to do. Again fair. When I talked again about what could be done they quickly cut me off and hung up on me. Benefit of the doubt ends there. I played a role in it for sure not showing up, but to be hung up like that is incredibly rude and disrespectful. If this is how I was treatment I can't imagine what it would be like going there.

The med techs have worked with us to be sure they understand exactly what is needed and when including keeping special eye drops refrigerated. Patient care is missing, and it seems like the admin staff is overwhelmed or perhaps lazy. I think at a minimum the office should call you back within a week after multiple left messages. Dr Thorburn changed my life. She is incredibly skilled, so down to earth, and sweet. She's so smart…read moreand really explains things in a way that's easy to understand. I lived with excess weight and now, skin, most of my life. Even as a teen I was never able to just be myself because my brain was too busy telling myself I was too big to fit in. My mental journey is a whole other level but what I can say is that dr Thorburn removed a lot of baggage for me. I had a Fleu de lis abdominalplasty and an implant exchange. She removed about 10lbs of skin, tissue, and fluid. She was realistic about my results, and was incredibly supportive of my goals. "I just want to be able to function" I told her. I got soooo much more. She gave me the freedom to finally feel comfortable in my skin. The first week was a rollercoaster. She warned me about that and I thought, meh I'm pretty positive and don't really complain, I'm sure it'll be fine. My first week post op visit was rough. I wanted to cry because I felt like I was doing so well with recovery the first couple days, then I felt like I was back to day one. I felt defeated. it's a whole mental journey- but I say all this because she really spoke to the mental piece of such a major surgery as well as the physical. She really treats you as a whole- and not just the piece she's working on. She sees YOU. I recommend her to EVERYONE. Hands down, the absolute best in her field. I may do more work, like getting my lower body done, but for now- I'm just loving my body's upgrade :)

I am beyond thrilled with my results. My procedures included an extended tummy tuck, breast lift with auto-augmentation, and liposuction. Dr. Thorburn's surgical skill is truly exceptional. My incisions are incredibly thin, precise, and already healing beautifully -- a true testament to her meticulous technique and attention to detail. She created natural, feminine results that exceeded my expectations. She gave me the body I always hoped for, and I honestly couldn't be happier. From my very first consultation, I knew she was the right choice. She took the time to truly listen to my goals, thoroughly explained every step of the process, and openly discussed potential risks -- along with exactly how she minimizes them. I felt educated, prepared, and completely confident in her expertise. Her professionalism, warmth, and calm demeanor made me feel supported at every stage. I never once felt rushed or pressured, especially when discussing finances, which was something I experienced at other offices. The day of surgery went smoothly, and her entire team was kind, attentive, and incredibly reassuring. The care I received from start to finish was outstanding. I am so grateful to Dr. Thorburn and the entire team at Napa Solano Plastic Surgery. If you're considering a mommy makeover, I cannot recommend her highly enough. Her talent, precision, and commitment to excellence truly set her apart.
