Their showroom is bare-bones at best but their service is off the charts and the prices are scary low. Let me give you an idea of how good the service is. We had to make a compromise on the installation because of a 'wife acceptance factor'--no way she wanted some big piece of equipment exactly where it needed to go because of the way it looked. We knew this would cause a drop in performance, but I said OK and signed off anyway. But here is the thing. A month later, Stuart called up and said 'hey can I drop by' and said he had been thinking about the issue, made a modification and everything worked better--at no extra charge, just for free and because he wanted the job to be perfect. This was a month AFTER I had paid for everything and signed off! Would Circuit City do that for you? I think not. They have also talked me into less expensive options more than once. That ever happen to you at Best Buy? These guys are the best, by far, for high end entertainment installation.
