One of the best dining experiences I can remember. The food is really good and not cheap but the overall atmosphere is soooooooo good, it is the stand out souvenir of this place. What I rememeber most was the chef owner, you can spot him in the kitchen overseeing everything going on both in the kitchen and in the dining room. It is impressive because the food comes out at a very good pace perfectly prepared but at the same time, he can spot a thirsty client and will quiickly dispatch a waiter in your direction. What stood out for me was also his very close ressemblance to a chef I know in Montreal (owner of pied de cochon), but ,and I did not think this was possible..he is like the bigger version, easily 6ft 5 and over 300lbs....but as good as they get both as chef and host.
