I never heard of them before. I decided to call them since they were so close to my old home. The lady I spoke with was to call me back. Her name was Linda. Instead she had another agent (or want to be) call me the next day. I had to view the property I was interested in when it was convenient for her schedule as she has another job and is busy. Ha. Come to find out, this person does not have her license as stated on their website!. She was very poorly informed of any and all procedures. She would constantly answer questions with an "I don't know". Not adding, "but I will be glad to find out for you." Another tactic of hers is to tell me to find out myself. No assistance, rudely looking at her watch whenever we did get together. I believe she was worried about her other job and private life as she is living with her boyfriend and getting ready to buy a new home. She violates the ethic rule of putting the client first. I many times had go to above her or beyond her to accomplish what i needed to know. She should NOT be a real estate person. She IS NOT LICENSED either, as advertised!!!! I highly recommend NOT using this office in Washington, MI. This person certainly did not earn the commission she is receiving. We wanted to make an offer on a home knowing it had mold in the basement. The selling agent at…read moreSakmar stated that the mold was not mold and that they would "clean it up" for an open house in two weeks from today....i.e. not disclosing that the house has a huge mold problem and trying to cover it up from whoever buys it. The seller left the housee vacant and didn't pay the electric bill so the damage isn't covered by insurance. We were willing to work with the seller to put elbow grease into the house and fix it as part of buying the home but they would rather show a complete lack of integrity and sell at full price with black mold in the basement to some unsuspecting buyer. All I can say is buyer beware and hope that whoever puts a bid on the home has a great inspection service and finds the mold before it's too late.

I have used East Side since February of 2014 to rent my condo, and for the first few years things…read moreworked great. Last year they started falling behind on payments to me and I had to keep calling to get them to send checks. They kept claiming it was the accounting software's fault or blamed the post office. They did eventually catch up. Now in fall of 2018 they are three months behind sending me rent payments. I decided to check in on the property myself and talk with the tenant. He also said he has had trouble contacting them to make payments over the phone. My contract with them states they rent is due on the 1st and they will remit statements and payment to owners on the 15th. The last several months' statements were created on the last day of the month, but no payment sent. The statements show the tenant paid on time. I am currently planning an exit strategy from my contract with them, and absolutely do not recommend anyone do business with them.
