CAUTION! CORRUPTION!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY!  REED MORE! A Condominium Management Company, Inc. CAN NOT MANAGE THEMSELVES let alone a small condo community. Employees are very rude and unprofessional. We made the huge mistake of hiring A Condominium Management Company, Inc. June 1, 2021. Our annual meeting was held on May 18 2022. Pam, Our property manager (3rd one in a year) started the meeting and it was instantly clear that she had no idea of how  to run a meeting or how the election process works. Pam refused to follow the Steggis' Code of Parliamentary Procedures, Roberts Rule of Order and totally disregarded the voting / election process. Pam refuses to uphold our legal binding By-Laws. Pam couldn't tell me when the current Board members terms expire. Pam couldn't even tell me the open position that I was running for on the ballot. How can you run for a Board position and not know what the position is? Pam said that the Board members will decide on what the positions will be and that the President might switch positions with a different Board member. I told Pam that is not how the election process works. Our legally binding By-Laws have been our governing documents for 34 years and states that those are elected positions that need a 50% vote from the co-owners. Pam feels like she dose not have to follow any of the procedures spelled out in our Master Deed and By-Laws. The Sectary and Treasurer terms expired (1 year term) and the two previous Board Members that held those positions did not run for reelection for any position. The former Sectary and Treasurer WERE NOT re-elected to their previous positions. The open Sectary and Treasurer positions were not disclosed during the annual meeting. Pam clearly stated that Sectary and Treasurer positions remain filled even though no one was elected to those board positions and their term expired. Pam also said that one of those two people will now be President of the association. How can someone that didn't run for any position end up being the President with out a 50% vote from the co-owners. A Condominium Management Company, Inc. dose not follow any legal rules of the Master Deed and By-Laws. I gladly look forward for a response from this so called management company. read more

i have known Jason Carey for about 20 years. He managed my condo association and during that time, he has always been very professional and quick to assist with any and all concerns. He also managed a rental house for me, and there were multople problems in the house. There was always something breaking down, plumbing backups and flooding (at least twice), nonpayment of rent, tenant issues and anything else that came along.
