A late post but much appreciated for the services. I've had a regular accountant that's been preparing my taxes for the past decades but with changes, it was a little hard to get a hold of them. With a move and clients reaching out, it wasn't what it used to be. Fast forward, we found Diana. I don't quite remember if she was a referral but the past few years has been great. She's taken care of us with our taxes need. The way she explains everything making sure that we're well aware of everything. Going over things to make sure that we're ok with it. And making sure that everything is completely looked over and checked thoroughly before sending anything. Where she work, it's part of a strip mall. Decent amount of parking but can be a bit of a hassle as it's next door to a grocery store so it tends to be pretty busy. But you'll get parking somewhere. The place isn't that big with about three desk. Depending on when you come to get yours prepared, it can varies on how many people are working. Appointments are highly recommended as it does get busy. Walk in is fine but seen based on availability. Diana, we can't recommend her more. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The past few years she's prepared our taxes and it's been great. Also if you refer a friend, you get a check incentive. read more

Beware of this place, they will scam you and not disclose the fees of which they add on. Went in and they misled on how much I was going to get back and making it seem I was gonna owe to the IRS. Almost $400 in fees for less than $500 on a tax return. Will now have to file an amendment and hopefully get my filling fixed via the IRS. Don't get scammed by Laura or Diana at this location and go elsewhere. read more

MARCUS IS GREAT!!! (Sign dancer) He is the reason we decided to choose this location. Dulce prepared our taxes and she was sweet as pie! They offered us snacks and drinks while we waited. I also made 100$ cash money just by bringing in 2 people to get their taxes done. We had an appt. for 9am and she finished all 3 of our taxes by 11 am. Pretty awesome!!! Charged me almost $400 to do taxes for them to type wrong information. Had to make appointment with IRS which took forever to get ahold of them and waste my time and money. They also weren't much help at all after it was their fault as to why I had to run around like a headless chicken talking to them and IRS. read more

Ask! Ask! Ask! We kept on asking multiple times about how much they charged and never got a response. Only that they needed to put our info on the system and then they would tell us. At the end of it we were just told how much we were going to receive from our taxes. We then realized after they had already filled the taxes electronically by asking them how much they had charged us. It was $449.00 DOLLARS! Insane! Ive never paid that much in my life! Worst tax preparers ever, specifically Diana. I would give them zero stars if I could. She messed up mine and my parents' taxes and would not answer our calls. We had to go to the tax place about four times until she was able to help us. She's a terrible tax preparer and should not be licensed. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more
