I was looking for some advice for my taxes as I was not satisfied from my tax consultant. I asked one of my friend who suggested me Liberty Tax and also gave me a phone number. I called and the phone was picked and it was a real person not a computer. She ask me my purpose of call and then directed my call to Mr. Aj who listened to me first very patiently  and then requested me to fix an appointment so he can look at all the previous returns and other paperwork and suggest me the best. Although it was little far but I decided to go. I'm at AJ day before yesterday you looked all the returns and suggested me two ways to file my return this time and also was very very detailed in explaining me that what is doing and how is going to affect on the return. Through all this conversation he was not hiding anything from me, he was very courteous and knowledgeable. So I decided to go with him and here comes the magic. He logged me in the system asked me to wait for 15 minutes so he can I get my details in the system. After that he call me explain me everything told me how much I'm going to get and what was the previous tax guy filing differently. After I agreed the signature was done electronically through the computer and the return was filed electronically right then and there. I will say Mr AJ took all my stress away and got me more than what the previous guy was getting me. And Mr AJ is so professional and experienced that he was able to figure out immediately what mistakes the previous guy was doing. He also suggested me to file the previous years return again because that was also wrong filed. I was surprised that even though I was not his client on the phone and during my visit to his office he was very patient and respectful. When I was leaving I was given a folder with my printed return file. I felt very good during my visit and really appreciate his work. I recommend him and will definitely use him again. I filed my tax returns for the first time at this location. The tax preparer answered all my questions and stayed until 9:30pm as my return had several several forms. I learned so much about tax laws and regulations, I felt confident about the tax return. My wife and I had a really positive experience with Ajay the first time around,so well that we recommended him to my wife's father. So we made the appointment for the 83 year old man to come see him. My father in law went right on his appointment time to see Ajay only to find out that the office was closed and know one in the building. No phone call, no warning, nothing. So my Father in law that has to use a walker made his way back home with no taxes done. Really... Her associates gave me her cell number and she repeatedly ignored my calls. I was having issues with my Board of Equalization returns. My Bus./ Personal tax person doesn't do sales tax returns so I have been doing personally. Unfortunately I have been doing incorrectly. This place is amazing, I wish I can give an extra star just for Ajay (owner of this place). He has been doing my family's and my taxes for the last four years, he also does my business tax, monthly book keeping, sales tax filing for my business which I run for the last 3 years. Ajay has helped me a lot when it comes to certain paper work regarding business and other legal issues which I have less knowledge in, he is such a humble person he never even charges me for certain other work he helps me with. He does all my monthly paper work, book keeping and other legal work for my businesses and I never have to worry about anything, he is on top of his job, he calls me and pushes me to do certain stuff which I procrastinate. Recently I had a letter from IRS and I was worried, Ajay spend approximately about 4 hours on the phone in order to help me out and he missed his other work, but he did it all out of his way and he never charged.
