Good and bad bartenders come and go just like good and bad clientele but if you become a familiar face, you can build friendships that have a positive effect on you and people around you. I can bear witness to a lot of joy and acceptance of people for who they are. It can be called the dive bar, but I find that truly everyone is treated equal, So sit down, chill out, live love and laugh, and by the way, the bathrooms are very clean and everybody watches out for each other so don't be an asshole.
