We Still haven't had all 4 working 2 years!!!! We now have NO Cameras over a month!! Your team can't fix shit and has to come to house every time something is wrong? ( that will be in that review too) So you can charge me again?? We were scheduled for you to come and try?? WTF try we are in 21 century To fix 2 out of 4 camera's that never worked to begin with!!! For months, I was dealing with a zone that was suffering from voltage spikes and producing false alarms left and right. I called my monitoring company to do repairs. First, they sent someone out to replace a contact (even though that was clearly not the issue) and billed me for hours of troubleshooting, then I was stuck calling back in countless times trying to reach the "right" person to resolve my issue - all while having 2 to 3 false alarms per day! Finally, I got fed up and called Catskill Security Systems. I called them and - boom - got a service appointment the very next day. Joe came out and diagnosed my rather complex issue with ease. After an hour or so, my system was back online and not a false alarm since. Thank you Joe!! I can't emphasize enough just how much more knowledgeable and professional this team is compared to other security companies in the area. I have a background in electronics and software engineering, so it's hard to bullshit someone like me when it comes to fixing low voltage circuits. When we signed up we were promised to have the app on our phones and that never happened. Service was very slow. They said they could not fix the contact on the back door. That was fixed right away with our new company. We went to Safeco and the experience is amazing. We have the app on our phone and can see who comes and goes from our phone. They are personable and professional. Completely different attitude and service. Very happy we switched. Do yourself a favor and "Don't use Rest Assured".

I started looking for a locksmith, and I found Catskill Mountain Locksmith and scheduled an appointment. The woman answering the phone was very nice and communicative, and I'm sorry I can't remember her name. I scheduled an appointment, and we checked in once or twice before the scheduled appointment time. I met up with Ryan at a predetermined location. Upon greeting him, I could see that he was a really nice guy too. He had everything he needed in order to program new key fobs for me on the spot. He also helped me out by letting me know that I did not need to have new keys cut, which would have cost even more. By the way I was told by "others" that I would need to cut the keys as well....sure. Ryan was able to program two key fobs, and my original keys still worked. The whole transaction probably took no more than 10 minutes. I was able to pay him with a mobile payment, but he accepted all forms of payment, which was really convenient. Such a good guy, very professional, and he showed up on time and knew what he was doing. I highly recommend Catskill Mountain Locksmith 24-7!

We called a few electricians and MercaWood were the only ones to pick up the phone (it was only 4pm). They came the next day and fixed the problem incredibly quickly and we're able to explain what went wrong in a way I could understand. They fixed a potential fire hazard Next time I'll remember not to try and cut corners by letting a non-licensed electrician do the wiring. I'll definitely be calling MercaWood the next time I need any wiring done or something goes wrong. A bonus is the owner is a great guy. He started this business to provide for his family and now he has a team of electricians. Not only does he pay them well, but he provides them 401k and healthcare, which is expensive and something most electrical companies don't provide their employees.
