I walked in, the front desk girl wasn't super friendly, and the rest of the staff didn't really look up to greet me. Albeit, I made the split second decision to continue walking to the agents desk about 20 feet in front of me. The building is less than aesthetic, but again, not a big deal to me. The agent turned out to be super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. With my quote in hand, I decided to go around town and see what other deals were out there. After obtaining 4 other quotes, GEICO was by far the cheapest for what I was getting, (and I was opting in for some solid coverage; I wasn't skimping). I only hesitate to give this office a 5/5 because the staff wasn't super friendly at first and the building could use a little love. That being said, I'm fine to overlook the less than stellar aesthetic because the insurance is so affordable. I'd rather pay cheaper rates and look at an older building. A lot of the other companies had beautiful offices, friendly staff, but the rates were laughably overpriced. All in all, I had a pretty good experience here. For the past three weeks, I've been trying to complete a simple account update--yet no one has been able to help me or return my calls. The office repeatedly promises call‑backs that never happen, even when the receptionist assures me someone will follow up. I've gone into the office several times, only to wait for hours while staff members--Tiana, Anna, or others--are "in meetings" or "on breaks." Despite repeated visits and voicemails, I have never received the assistance I was promised. Their lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable. Emails go unanswered, phone calls aren't returned, and in‑person service is frustratingly slow. This level of disregard for customers is deeply discouraging and reflects poorly on how Express Insurance values its clients. I truly hope they take the time to review their internal practices, train their staff properly, and start honoring the level of service and accountability expected from an insurance provider.

She tried to find discounts to keep my business and since then has been available through email for questions and updates. She is quick to respond and is very helpful. While I haven't met with Christina Kantrud yet, I have been very satisfied with Stephanie's help. Fair warning: State Farm is choosy about who they accept; my significant other was denied a policy due to an accident that was not his fault and was invited to try again after three years had passed. It is my understanding that this is a national State Farm policy and not the fault of this specific agency.
