Another AAA truck that could tow the Ford was called by Miguel and they will come today to pick up the Ford and take it to the dealership. I said a check for the amount of groceries that were spoiled was what I was asking for. She acted like how could that be done! No resolution, no one responding now. Instead of providing all cancellation requirements upfront, this company continues engaging in an endless back-and-forth process while continuing to bill the customer. Every time something is submitted, another requirement suddenly appears. It feels intentionally designed to delay cancellation rather than assist the customer.
