They said it had been vacant for more than 30 days! I had just bought the freaking place and had just renovated it and was in the process of moving in when the pipes burst!!! What a crock of bull!! This place will FIND ANY EXCUSE to deny your claim. Do not purchase this insurance, in fact stay away from anything to do with buying anything in Florida!! It's all a scam from beginning to end.

Another AAA truck that could tow the Ford was called by Miguel and they will come today to pick up the Ford and take it to the dealership. I said a check for the amount of groceries that were spoiled was what I was asking for. She acted like how could that be done! No resolution, no one responding now. Instead of providing all cancellation requirements upfront, this company continues engaging in an endless back-and-forth process while continuing to bill the customer. Every time something is submitted, another requirement suddenly appears. It feels intentionally designed to delay cancellation rather than assist the customer.
