Another AAA truck that could tow the Ford was called by Miguel and they will come today to pick up the Ford and take it to the dealership. I have been a AAA Member for 80 years and have seen a lot of changes in this organization. AAA does…read morenot respect or appreciate member loyalty. As the world turns, corporate greed has become forefront, and AAA is right along for the ride. While their Road Service is still exceptional, a big problem with this organization is routine cost increases, taking for granted that you must pay more every year. Also contacting decision makers is near impossible. Corporate leadership hides their contact information from members and local offices say they can't give you that information. Here's a case where growth has become so big that customer concerns don't matter. It unfortunate, because AAA was customer orientated in the beginning.
