If that didn't satisfy me/my car situation, a report would be filed and arbragation process would ensue with any repairs done promptly. Turned out to be just what Dr. Tom had ordered as the scratch that was a mile long was wiped away completely and at NO CHARGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
