Turned out to be just what Dr. Tom had ordered as the scratch that was a mile long was wiped away completely and at NO CHARGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She sent me a letter about not paying a bill, so I emailed her the email receipt from a month ago when I paid it. Now having trouble getting into my account to pay my bill because I had to change my email. Find someone else with a clue. Wish I could give zero stars--or less.
