I've been a construction lender for over 20 years and know that the job of an insurance company is to collect premiums and not pay claims. We had a very tricky situation with mold behind the walls in the bathroom. From Day 1, Daniel was on the case, set his contract in place with us and went to work. After his inspection, he prepared an extremely detailed time and materials budget to submit to the insurance company and stayed on top of them. They of course denied the claim and Daniel rebutted with specific provisions in the mold section which after time, had the insurance company overturn their denial and paid 100% of the Daniel's estimate, without discounting any of the Daniels numbers. After the check came, Daniel arranged for the signature of the mortgage company and kept things smooth and communication flowing. This was the best professional experience that we've ever had and have Daniel to thank.

I said I have no previous claims but Geico is raising my annual rate by over $100 per year, he said "I won't do that and if you see a rate increase call me and I'll adjust it. Well sure enough after year one with him and Farmers my rate increased more than $100. I called him and he said he would adjust it back, got my new policy, read it and HE REMOVED MY SEWAGE AND BACKUP FROM MY POLICY !!! VERY SNEAKY AND UNDERHANDED. I called him and he said "I thought you told me to do that". Who in their right mind would ask for that to be removed. So at the end of March 2020 I went with Travelers Home Owners Policy saved over $200 and got a free Amazon Echo Dot just for signing up. I called Mr. Lambert's agency and told them I was not renewing my policy and was insured with Travelers. What did that slimeball do kept me on due to Covid-19 until July. October 6th I get a Collection Agency Letter stating I owe Farmers $347. Well I provided the Collection Agency with my "Experience Letter of Proof of Coverage". I'M TELLING EVERBODY I KNOW STAY AWAY FROM THIS PARTICULAR AGENCY, MR. MICHAEL LAMBERT is a TOTAL SLEAZEBALL BAD PERSON !!!

I went with this agency because the owner, Bryan Ardite, was able to get me the best auto premium on short-notice, since I was considered a high risk driver. (He actually told me he likes clients who have a lot of driving violations, because he makes more money off of their higher premiums. FYI: that is not an appropriate thing to say to a client.) Ardite's response to concerns throughout the term of my policy was sporadic, but that isnt the serious problem, here. Ardite has NO sense of personal or professional boundaries. (I have the emails to back these things up, if anyone needs to contact me.) Although we had never met personally, his behavior varied between flirting/asking me out -- claiming he was single with one child, when in fact, he is quite married with multiple children -- and insulting me with misogynistic remarks, which he would refer to as jokes when confronted. When i was at my limit of putting up with his craziness, i went to his office to address the issue directly. Once i told him he needed to cease his aberrant behavior and i would report him, a woman in his office physically shoved me out the door, and his receptionist threatened to throw me down the stairs from behind while i was walking out,down the stairs. Hopefully after this review he wont dare try this again with another customer -- at least for awhile.

I thought I should add a different…read moreperspective. - I was a home and auto insurance customer with this Allstate office for a number of years when Vic Simonin Sr. was the owner and would give the agency 5-stars for that time. I was immediately helped whenever I would call. In fact, I was impressed by how helpful they were. After Vic Sr. retired (apparently before 2011) I've had a couple auto claims. (both fault and not at fault) I have no complaints. I reported it, answered the questions and everything was taken care of from there. Of course, some of the kudos go to the Allstate insurance company itself.
